UQCRC1 Human Recombinant produced in E.Coli is a single, non-glycosylated polypeptide chain containing 471 amino acids (35-480 a.a) and having a molecular mass of 51.8kDa.UQCRC1 is fused to a 25 amino acid His-tag at N-terminus & purified by proprietary chromatographic techniques.

    Ubiquinol-Cytochrome C Reductase Core Protein I (UQCRC1) is a member of the peptidase M16 family,UQCRC1/QCR1 subfamily. UQCRC1 is a part of the ubiquinol-cytochrome c reductase complex (complex III or cytochrome b-c1 complex), which is component of the mitochondrial respiratory chain. UQCRC1 can mediate formation of the complex between cytochromes c and c1.
