ProSpec's website provides the option to order online with a credit card, using a secured SSL encryption shopping cart system.

• Find protein of interest.

• Select size, quantity & click “ADD TO CART”

• To checkout click "CART" (top right hand corner) and then after check out button.

• Returning customers: can Sign-In before checkout (top right hand corner) or after. https://prospecbio.com/account/login

• Returning Customers: If you forgot your password, click the “Forgot Your Password” link. https://prospecbio.com/account/login#recover

• New customers: Fill all the required fields in the link below  https://prospecbio.com/account/register
• Fill "SHIPPING ADDRESS" and "BILLING ADDRESS" and click "PAY NOW".                 
• Enter your credit card information using our SSL secured form and press “SEND”

• A confirmation e-mail will be sent to you.

Is the website secure?

ProSpecbio.com is a secure website, using SSL encryption technologies. The payment page uses the HTTPS protocol which protects you from credit card frauds.

What kind of Credit Card/Debit Card do you accept?

We accept Visa, MasterCard and American Express only.

Can I Change the currency of the Credit Card transaction?

Credit Cards are charged only in US dollar.

How can I be sure that my order has been processed properly?

When you finish the ordering process, you will receive an email confirmation which indicates that we received the order. If you did not receive an email confirmation, please contact us at order@prospecbio.com.
