ProSpec uses FedEx/DHL International Priority courier services for all worldwide destinations.
FedEx/DHL International Priority courier services guarantees delivery time approximately 3-4 business days.
Shipping & handling costs are prepaid and added to the invoice.
Taxes may be applicable at country of destination. The taxes are the sole responsibility of the recipient/buyer and therefore covered by the recipient/buyer.
ProSpec reserves the right to select the packaging and shipping method for your order, which will ensure the stability of product and also efficient tracing.
All orders will be shipped via FedEx/DHL International Priority services from our Israeli headquarters.

Styrofoam Box
The following table below describes FedEx/DHL International Express service fee for products (liquid form) exported with ice packs/blue ice and Styrofoam box per destination:
If you intend to import the proteins using your Fed-Ex/DHL courier account, please state the courier account # and type on the purchase order or select the button "I have courier account" when ordering online.
Note: There is an additional $25 handling fee for proteins that require ice packs/blue ice & styrofoam box.
