Japanese encephalitis previously known as Japanese B encephalitis is a virus from the family Flaviviridae. it is closely related to the West Nile virus and St. Louis encephalitis virus. Positive sense single stranded RNA genome is packaged in the capsid, formed by the capsid protein. The outer envelope is formed by envelope (E) protein and is the protective antigen. It aids in entry of the virus to the inside of the cell. The genome also encodes several nonstructural proteins also (NS1,NS2a,NS2b,NS3,N4a,NS4b,NS5). NS1 is produced as secretory form also. NS3 is a putative helicase, and NS5 is the viral polymerase. XCL1 is a small cytokine belonging to the XC chemokine family that is also known as lymphotactin. It is located in high levels in spleen, thymus, intestine and peripheral blood leukocytes, and at lower levels in lung, prostate gland and ovary. Cellular sources for XCL1 include activated thymic and peripheral blood CD8+ T cells. This chemokine attracts T cells. Mouse Lungkine/CXCL15 (WECHE) belongs to the ELR motif-containing CXC chemokines. The mouse Lungkine gene has been mapped to chromosome 5. The cDNA of mouse Lungkine encodes a 166 amino acids (aa) protein with a 25 aa predicted signal peptide and a 141 aa mature protein with an exceptionally long C-terminal tail which extends beyond beyond the chemokine fold. Applications
BAFF antibody has been tested by ELISA and Western blot analysis to assure specificity and reactivity. Recommended starting dilution is 1:500.

CD22 produced in Sf9 Baculovirus cells is a single, glycosylated polypeptide chain containing 907 amino acids (20-687a.a.) and having a molecular mass of 102.1kDa. (Molecular size on SDS-PAGE will appear at approximately 100-150KDa).CD22 is expressed with a 239 amino acid hIgG-His-tag at C-Terminus and purified by proprietary chromatographic techniques.

Introduction
CD22, also known as Sialic Acid-Binding Ig-Like Lectin 2, is part of the immunoglobulin(Ig)superfamily. CD22 mediates B-cell to B-cell interactions and is implicated in the localization of B-cells in lymphoid tissues. CD22 acts as positive regulator via interaction with the Src family tyrosine kinases, in addition CD22 preform as an inhibitory receptor by recruiting cytoplasmic phosphatases.
