SIVA1, also referred to asApoptosis regulatory protein Siva isoform 1, is a death domain-containing proapoptotic protein. It is known as glucocorticoid-induced TNFR family-related gene, and also as an intracellular ligand of CD27, which are both members of the TNFR family expressed on lymphoid cells. There isn’t much known about the signalling pathway underlying the Siva-induced apoptosis.SIVA1 expression is modulated in multiple pathological processes.

Conglutin, also known as Ara h 6.0101 is a part of the 2S albumin protein family. Conglutin along with Ara h 2.0201 are considered as some of the most potent elicitors of anaphylaxis. Both proteins hold multiple disulphide-bridged cysteine residues, resulting in a tightly coiled, heat-stable, protease resistant core structure. Conglutin causes an allergic reaction in human and binds to IgE.

Gamma-glutamylaminecyclotransferase (A2LD1) is an enzyme which converts gamma-glutamylamines to free amines and 5-oxoproline. A2LD1 demonstrates high activity toward gamma-glutamyl-epsilon-lysine, derived from the breakdown of fibrin and other proteins cross-linked by transglutaminases. A2LD1 assists in the proteolytic degradation of crosslinked fibrin by breaking down isodipeptide L-gamma-glutamyl-L-epsilon-lysine, which is a byproduct of fibrin degradation. The reaction catalyzed by the A2LD1 produces 5-oxo-L-proline and a free alkylamine.

SRP54 is a 54-kDa subunit of the signal recognition particle (SRP), a cytoplasmic ribonucleoprotein complex which leads the translocation of newly synthesized secretory proteins from the polysome to the endoplasmic reticulum. SRP is composed of six polypeptides and a tRNA-like molecule known as 7SL RNA. SRP54 is a GTP-binding protein that directly binds the signal sequences of nascent secretory and membrane proteins. Anti-SRP autoantibodies take place in patients with an autoimmune chronic muscle inflammation called polymyositis.
