Mesoderm development candidate 1 (MESDC1) is a member of the MESD family. MESDC1 is a 362 amino acid protein encoded by a gene which maps to human chromosome 15q25.1. MESDC1 serves as a chaperone for low-density lipoprotein receptor (LDLR) proteins in the ER, and specifically associates with Wnt signaling pathway coreceptors LRP5 and LPR6. MESDC1 is needed for proper LRP5/6 folding and maturation to the cell surface, which has a key role in Wnt signaling.

MYL7 protein is an atrial isoform of myosin regulatory light chain 2 (MYL2). Myosin is a hexamer containing 4 light chains and 2 heavy chains. MYL7 is mainly expressed in adult atrial muscle.

SYT13 belongs to the great synaptotagmin protein family which contain 2 domains: cytoplasmic C terminus with two tandem C2 domains (C2A and C2B) and extracellular N-terminal transmembrane domain. The DUF1640 domain is a characteristic of the entire protein with excluding of the first 23 amino acid residues which are a mitochondrial targeting site and the cleaved CCDC90B is expected to be a mitochondrial protein with no transmembrane spans or segments. CCDC90B is predicted to contain at least 3 specific phospohorylation sites.

HscB Iron-Sulfur Cluster Co-Chaperone (HSCB) is a member of the hscB family and contains 1 J domain. HSCB is expressed in the lung, brain, stomach, spleen, ovary, testis, liver, muscle and heart and localized to mitochondria and cytoplasm. HSCB may function as a co-chaperone in iron-sulfur cluster assembly in mitochondria, it also interacts with ISCU and HSPA9.

WDR5, also designated BMP-2-induced gene 3 kb or BIG-3, belongs to the family of WD-40 repeat proteins, and is essential for vertebrate development, Hox gene activation and global H3K4 trimethylation. This protein is expressed in osteoblasts, chondrocytes, osteocytes and marrow stromal cells. WDR5 may play a role in its function of accelerating osteoblast differentiation.

Translin is a DNA and RNA binding protein that identifies specifically preserved target sequences at the breakpoint junction of chromosomal translocations. TSN forms a ring-shaped configuration, that is in charge of DNA binding, and in addition has a leucine zipper motif, which is believed to assist TSN to form dimers. PDCD4 in response to mitogens allows competent protein synthesis & cell growth. PDCD4 is a proapoptotic protein involved in TGF-beta1-induced apoptosis in human HCC cells, and a tumor suppressor in hepatocarcinogenesis. PDCD4 restraines tumor progression in colon carcinoma cells by the novel mechanism of down-regulating MAP4K1 transcription, with consequent inhibition of c-Jun activation and AP-1-dependent transcription.
Overexpression of PDCD4 in carcinoid cells results in inhibition of cell proliferation.

The recombinant Protein A/G/L is a genetically engineered protein which combines the IgG binding profiles of all Protein A, Protein G and Protein L. Protein A/G/L is a gene fusion product. Recombinant fusion protein A/G/L is comprised of 5 Ig-binding regions of protein L (B1-B2-B3-B4-B5), 5 IgG binding domains from Protein A (E-D-A-B-C) and 2 Ig-binding region of protein G (C1-C3). The recombinant Protein A/G/L is ideal for purification of monoclonal or polyclonal IgG antibodies. Protein A/G/L binds to IgG from humans, mice, rats, cows, goats, sheep, rabbits, guinea pigs, pigs, dogs and cats.

Osteostat suppresses the early stage of osteoclastogenesis via inhibition of macrophage colony-stimulating factorinduced receptor activator of NF-kappaB (RANK) expression in the osteoclast precursor cells. Osteostat does not inhibit lipopolysaccharide-induced RANK expression in monocytes and dendritic cells, or activation-induced RANK expression in T cells. Osteostat is a novel regulator of osteoclast generation and substantiate the major role played by the endothelium in bone physiology.

Peptidyl-tRNA hydrolase 2 (PTRH2) is a mitochondrial protein. PTRH2 is released during apoptosis from the mitochondria to the cytoplasm. When in the cytoplasm, PTRH2 regulates the function of 2 transcriptional regulators, TLE5 and TLE1, thus promoting caspase-independent cell death. Natural substrates for PTRH2 may be petidyl-tRNAs which drop off the ribosome during protein synthesis.
