    • Introduction

High Mobility Group Nucleosomal Binding Domain 3 (HMGN3), binds thyroid hormone receptor beta, however it occurs only in the presence of thyroid hormone. Thyroid hormone receptors are hormone-dependent transcription factors which regulate expression of a variety of particular target genes. HMGN3 is considered to reduce the compactness of the chromatin fiber in nucleosomes, in that way enhancing transcription from chromatin templates.

    Description

DPY30 Human Recombinant produced in E.Coli is a single, non-glycosylated polypeptide chain containing 122 amino acids (1-99 a.a) and having a molecular mass of 13.6 kDa. DPY30 is fused to a 23 amino acid His-tag at N-terminus & purified by proprietary chromatographic techniques.

    Source

    Escherichia Coli.

    Formulation

    DPY30 protein solution (1mg/ml) containing 20mM Tris-HCl buffer (pH 8.0), 0.2M NaCl, 30% glycerol and 2mM DTT.

    Purity

Greater than 95.0% as determined by SDS-PAGE.

    More Info

    • Introduction

DPY30 is implicated in the methylation of histone H3 at Lys-4, mainly trimethylation. Histone H3 Lys-4 methylation symbolize a specific tag for epigenetic transcriptional activation. DPY30 takes part in histone H3 acetylation. In a teratocarcinoma cell, DPY30 plays a criticalrole in retinoic acid-induced differentiation along the neural lineage, regulating gene induction and H3 Lys-4 methylation at key developmental loci. DPY30 also plays an indirect or direct part in endosomal transport.

    • Introduction

ATP5F1 is a mitochondrial ATP synthase subunit catalyzes ATP synthesis, using an electrochemical gradient of protons all through the inner membrane for the duration of the oxidative phosphorylation. ATP synthase is comprised of two linked multi-subunit complexes: the soluble catalytic core, F1, and the membrane-spanning component, Fo, including the proton channel. The catalytic segment of mitochondrial ATP synthase contains 9 subunits: 3 alpha, 3 beta, and one unit of gamma, delta, and epsilon. The proton route is known to have 9 subunits (a, b, c, d, e, f, g, F6 and 8).

    Description

Batroxobin, isolated from Bothrops atrox snake venom, has an Mw of approximately 43kDa.

    Formulation

The Batroxobin protein was lyophilized from a concentrated (1mg/ml) solution with no additives.

    More Info

    • Introduction

Batroxobin is a serin protease that reduces fibronogen levels and is originally extracted from snake venom of Bothrops Atrox. Batroxobin is used in defibrinogenation and thrombolysis and also has an effect on c-fos gene and growth factor.
Batroxobin can efficiently restrain proliferation of VSMCs, by blocking the release and uptake of Ca2+, thus influencing [Ca2+]i.
Batroxobin converts fibrinogen to fibrin through the restricted release of fibrinopeptide-A from fibrinogen to promote blood to clot. Unlike thrombin, it is not affected by heparin and hirudin.

    • Introduction

Prohibitin 2, also known as PHB2, mediates transcriptional repression by nuclear hormone receptors via recruitment of histone deacetylases by similarity. PHB2 functions as an estrogen receptor (ER)-selective coregulator which potentiates the inhibitory activities of antiestrogens and represses the activity of estrogens. PHB2 which is involved in regulating mitochondrial respiration activity and in aging, competes with NCOA1 for modulation of ER transcriptional activity.

    More Info

    • Introduction

TIMP2 belongs to the TIMP gene family. The proteins encoded by this gene family are natural inhibitors of the matrix metalloproteinases, a group of peptidases that take part in degradation of the extracellular matrix. Besides having an inhibitory role against metalloproteinases, the encoded protein has a exclusive part among TIMP family members in its capability to directly suppress the proliferation of endothelial cells. Consequently, the encoded protein is crucial to the conservation of tissue homeostasis by suppressing the production of quiescent tissues as an answer to angiogenic factors, and by inhibiting protease activity in tissues undergoing renovation of the extracellular matrix.

    • Synonyms

      Fibroblast growth factor 17, FGF-17, FGF17, FGF-13, HH20.

    • Physical Appearance

Sterile Filtered White lyophilized (freeze-dried) powder.

    • Stability

Lyophilized TIMP2 although stable at room temperature for 3 weeks, should be stored desiccated below -18°C. Upon reconstitution TIMP2 should be stored at 4°C between 2-7 days and for future use below -18°C. For long term storage it is recommended to add a carrier protein (0.1% HSA or BSA). Please prevent freeze-thaw cycles.

    • Introduction

rRNA-processing protein UTP23 homolog (UTP23) is a small subunit (SSU) processome component. The SSU processome is a complex involved in ribosome biogenesis and essential for pre-18S rRNA maturation. UTP23 is vital for the first 3 cleavage steps in 18S rRNA maturation. Furthermore, single-point mutations in the conserved putative active site of Utp24 but not Utp23 annul its function in ribosome biogenesis.

    • Background

Insulin-like growth factor-binding protein 2 (IGFBP2) is a key regulator of insulin-like growth factor (IGF) signaling pathway, playing crucial roles in cell proliferation, differentiation, and survival. IGFBP2, a member of the IGFBP family, modulates the bioavailability and activity of IGFs by binding to them and regulating their interaction with cell surface receptors. In recent years, IGFBP2 has emerged as a promising target for research due to its involvement in various physiological processes and its implications in several diseases, including cancer, metabolic disorders, and neurodegenerative conditions.

What is the molecular weight/Mw of IGFBP2 MOUSE Protein?
IGFBP2 MOUSE Protein has a total Mw of 30.3kDa.

What is the source or expression system of IGFBP2 MOUSE Protein?
      HEK293 cells.

What is the Purity of IGFBP2 MOUSE Protein?
IGFBP2 MOUSE Protein is >85% pure as determined by SDS-PAGE.

What is the Biological Activity of IGFBP2 MOUSE Protein?
The ED50 range is ≤ 0.7 ug/ml which measured by its ability to inhibit proliferation using MCF-7 human breast cancer cells in the presence of Mouse IGF-2.

What is the amino acid sequence of IGFBP2 MOUSE Protein?

What applications can IGFBP2 MOUSE Protein be used in?
IGFBP2 MOUSE Protein can probably be used in western blot, ELISA and Lateral Flow.

What is the endotoxin level for IGFBP2 MOUSE Protein?
The endotoxin level is minimal, IGFBP2 MOUSE Protein was purified using conventional chromatography techniques.

    • Introduction

Basic Leucine Zipper Transcription Factor ATF-Like 3 (BATF3) which is localizes to the nucleus, contains 1 bZIP domain. BATF3 functions as a negative regulator of AP-1-mediated transcription when interacting with c-Jun, particularly by heterodimerizing with c-Jun and binding to DNA response elements. BATF3 also takes part in repression of interleukin-2.
