This protein is a TNFSF13B/BLyS/BAFF, TNFSF13/APRIL & promotes B-cell survival receptor. TNFRSF17 has a crucial part in the humoral immunity regulation. This protein is responsible for the activation of NF-kappa-B & JNK.

S100G (calbindin D9K) is a vitamin D-dependent calcium-binding protein. S100G, which is a cytosolic protein, is a member of a family of calcium-binding proteins that includes calmodulin, parvalbumin, troponin C, and S100 protein.
