SARS Membrane protein is a membranal protein which plays a crucial role in the virus’ life cycle. CD19, also known as B-Lymphocyte Surface Antigen B4, belongs to the Ig superfamily which is expressed on the surface of all B-lymphoid cells with the exception of terminally differentiated plasma cells. CD19 is involved as a signal-transducing receptor in the control of differentiation as well as proliferation. CD19 is as an adaptor protein which drafts cytoplasmic signaling proteins to the membrane and operates within the CD19/CD21 complex to decrease the threshold for B cell receptor signaling pathways. CD23 is a 45kDa glycoprotein, which is present on a subpopulation of freshly isolated peripheral blood and tonsil B cells and strongly expressed on EBV-transformed B lymphoblasts. The CD23 molecule is identical to the low affinity IgE receptor found on B cells. MAPKSP1 is a scaffold protein which operates in the extracellular signal-regulated kinase (ERK) cascade. Borrelia belongs to a genus of bacteria of the spirochete phylum. Borrelia causes borreliosis, which is a zoonotic, vector-borne disease transmitted mainly by ticks and some by lice, depending on the species. Of the 36 known species of Borrelia, 12 are distinguished to cause Lyme disease or borreliosis and are transmitted by ticks. The main Borrelia species causing Lyme disease are Borrelia burgdorferi, Borrelia afzelii, and Borrelia garinii.
