Description

UBLCP1 Human Recombinant produced in E.Coli is a single, non-glycosylated polypeptide chain containing 341 amino acids (1-318 a.a) and having a molecular mass of 39.2kDa.UBLCP1 is fused to a 23 amino acid His-tag at N-terminus & purified by proprietary chromatographic techniques.

    Ubiquitin-like domain-containing CTD phosphatase 1 (UBLCP1) dephosphorylates 26S nuclear proteasomes, thereby decreasing their proteolytic activity. The dephosphorylation averts assembly of the core and regulatory particles (CP and RP) into mature 26S proteasome.
