    TOLLIP is a ubiquitin-binding protein that interacts with several Toll-like receptor (TLR) signaling cascade components. TOLLIP regulates inflammatory signaling and is involved in interleukin-1 receptor trafficking and in the turnover of IL1R-associated kinase.

  • Immunogen

    Anti-human TOLLIP mAb, is derived from hybridization of mouse F0 myeloma cells with spleen cells from BALB/c mice immunized with recombinant human TOLLIP amino acids 61-274 purified from E. coli.

  • Applications

    TOLLIP antibody has been tested by ELISA and Western blot analysis to assure specificity and reactivity. Since application varies, however, each investigation should be titrated by the reagent to obtain optimal results. Recommended dilution range for Western blot analysis is 1:500 ~ 1,000. Recommended starting dilution is 1:500.
