Description

THAP3 Human Recombinant produced in E.coli is a single, non-glycosylated polypeptide chain containing 262 amino acids (1-239) and having a molecular mass of 29.4kDa.THAP3 is fused to a 23 amino acid His-tag at N-terminus & purified by proprietary chromatographic techniques.

The THAP3 solution contains 20mM Tris-HCl buffer (pH 8.0), 0.2M NaCl, 2mM DTT and 50% glycerol.
