Description

STBD1 Human Recombinant produced in E.coli is a single, non-glycosylated polypeptide chain containing 358 amino acids (24-358) and having a molecular mass of 39.1kDa.STBD1 is fused to a 23 amino acid His-tag at N-terminus & purified by proprietary chromatographic techniques.

Formulation

The STBD1 solution (0.5mg/ml) contains 20mM Tris-HCl buffer (pH 8.0), 0.15M NaCl, 1mM DTT and 10% glycerol.
