Description

RHOV Human Recombinant produced in E. coli is a single polypeptide chain containing 259 amino acids (1-236) and having a molecular mass of 28.6 kDa.RHOV is fused to a 23 amino acid His-tag at N-terminus & purified by proprietary chromatographic techniques.

The RHOV solution (1mg/1ml) contains 20mM Tris-HCl buffer (pH 8.0), 0.1M NaCl, 2M Urea, 1mM DTT and 20% glycerol.

  • Introduction

    RHOV belongs to the Rho family and to the small GTPase superfamily. RHOV is a 236 aa protein which regulates the actin cytoskeleton by activating the JNK pathway. RHOV is expressed in placenta, pancreas and fetal brain and operates as a lipid anchor at the cytoplasmic side of the cell membrane.
