Description

RAB6A Human Recombinant produced in E.coli is a single, non-glycosylated polypeptide chain containing 262 amino acids (1-208) and having a molecular mass of 26.1kDa. RAB6A is fused to a 24 amino acid His-tag at N-terminus & purified by proprietary chromatographic techniques.

    RAB6A is a member of the small GTPase superfamily. RAB6A may be involved in protein transport. RAB6A is a regulator of membrane traffic from the Golgi apparatus towards the endoplasmic reticulum (ER) and has a low GTPase activity.
