Description

RAB18 Human Recombinant produced in E.coli is a single, non-glycosylated polypeptide chain containing 221 amino acids (1-206) and having a molecular mass of 24.5 kDa.RAB18 is fused to a 15 amino acid His-Tag at N-terminus & purified by proprietary chromatographic techniques.

    RAB18 belongs to a family of Ras-related small GTPase which is lipid-anchored to the cytoplasmic side of the cell membrane. RAB18 takes part in apical recycling, endocytosis and protein transport between early endosomes and the plasma membrane.
