PRSS22 Mouse Recombinant produced in Sf9 Baculovirus cells is a single, glycosylated polypeptide chain containing 283 amino acids (33-307) and having a molecular mass of 31.1kDa.PRSS22 is fused to 8 amino acid His-Tag at C-terminus and purified by proprietary chromatographic techniques.

    Protease Serine 22 also known as Prss22 is identified brain-specific expression gene which is expressed mainly in epitheliumrich tissues such as the lung and eye. Prss22 encodes to a serine protease which called BSSP-4 or BSP-2.
