Description

NUDT4 produced in E.Coli is a single, non-glycosylated polypeptide chain containing 203 amino acids (1-180 a.a) and having a molecular mass of 22.7kDa. NUDT4 is fused to a 23 amino acid His-tag at N-terminus & purified by proprietary chromatographic techniques.

The turnover of these high-energy diphosphoinositol polyphosphates exemplifies a molecular switching activity with significant regulatory consequences. Molecular switching by diphosphoinositol polyphosphates may be a factor in regulating intracellular trafficking.
