Description

NOP16 Human Recombinant produced in E.Coli is a single, non-glycosylated polypeptide chain containing 201 amino acids (1-178 a.a) and having a molecular mass of 23.6kDa.NOP16 is fused to a 23 amino acid His-tag at N-terminus & purified by proprietary chromatographic techniques.

Formulation

NOP16 protein solution (0.25mg/ml) containing 20mM Tris-HCl buffer (pH 8.0), 0.2M NaCl, 50% glycerol, 2mM EDTA and 2mM DTT.
