Description

JSRP1 Human Recombinant produced in E.coli is a single, non-glycosylated polypeptide chain containing 354 amino acids (1-331) and having a molecular mass of 38.0kDa.JSRP1 is fused to a 23 amino acid His-tag at N-terminus & purified by proprietary chromatographic techniques.

    JSRP1 takes part in excitation-contraction connection at the sarcoplasmic reticulum. JSRP1 is able to cooperate with CACNA1S, CACNB1 and calsequestrin to assist in regulating calcium influx and efflux in skeletal muscle.
