Description

HAVCR2 Mouse Recombinant produced in HEK293 cells is a single, glycosylated polypeptide chain (20-193 a.a) containing 413 amino acids and having a molecular mass of 46.3kDa.HAVCR2 is fused to a 239 amino acid hIgG-His-Tag at C-terminus & purified by proprietary chromatographic techniques.

    Hepatitis A Virus Cellular Receptor 2 (HAVCR2) is a member of the immunoglobulin superfamily. HACVR2 controls macrophage activation. HACVR2 inhibits T-helper type 1 lymphocyte (Th1)-mediated auto- and alloimmune responses and stimulates immunological tolerance.
