GAP43 Human Recombinant produced in E. coli is a single polypeptide chain containing 262 amino acids (1-238) and having a molecular mass of 27.3kDa (Molecular size on SDS-PAGE will appear higher).GAP43 is fused to a 24 amino acid His-tag at N-terminus & purified by proprietary chromatographic techniques.
