Description

The E.Coli derived recombinant protein contains the NS1 Dengue Virus full length Type-1 immunodominant regions, migrates as 45kDa on 12% SDS-PAGE gel.The dengue protein is fused to a 6xHis tag at C-terminus.

In cell culture experiments and mice Morpholino antisense oligos have shown specific activity against Dengue virus.
