Cytotoxicity Triggering Receptor 3 also known as NCR3 is a natural cytotoxicity receptor (NCR) which assists NK cells in the lysis of tumor cells. FADD is an adaptor protein that cooperates with a variety of cell surface receptors and mediates cell apoptotic signals.
