Mago-Nashi Homolog B (MAGOHB) is a member of the mago nashi family. MAGOHB involved in mRNA splicing and in the nonsense-mediated decay (NMD) pathway. MAGOHB interacts with RBM8A and is a part of the exon junction complex (EJC) containing NCBP1, NCBP2, RNPS1, RBM8A, SRRM1, NXF1, UPF3B, UPF2 and ALYREF/THOC4.

WIBG is a cooperateing partner of Mago-Y14. The Mago-Y14 heterodimer is a key protein of the EJC(exon junction complex) that is deposited on mRNAs as a consequence of splicing and influences postsplicing mRNA metabolism. WIBG is a cytoplasmic RNA-binding protein that is excluded from the nucleus by Crm1. WIBG relates directly with Mago-Y14 by means of its N-terminal domain.

Shiga Like Toxin-1 Subunit B has nontoxic action, it is the functional region which binds to the receptor. The Shiga Like Toxin-1 Subunit B can be useful in vaccine study, antibody test and other functional research.
