Introduction
C1s enzyme (a subunit of the C1 complex) is the activated form of C1s proenzyme which is the first complement component in the classical pathway of complement. C1s proenzyme is an inactive zymogen until C1 is activated. C1 is a non-covalent calcium-dependent complex containing1 C1q, 2 C1r and 2 C1s molecules. The binding of multiple arms to immune complexes causesthe production of 2 proteases that cleave and activate the 2 C1s protease zymogens in the complex by the C1r proteins. This activation of C1s proenzyme results in its cleavage into 2 C1s chains of 58,000 and 28,000 Dalton.

Introduction
Streptavidin is a tetrameric protein secreted by Streptomyces avidinii which binds firmly to biotin. Streptavidin is wilyde used in molecular biology through its unique high affinity for the vitamin biotin. The dissociation constant (Kd) of the biotin-streptavidin complex is about ~10-15 mol/L. The strong affinity recognition of biotin and biotinylated molecules has made streptavidin one of the most important components in diagnostics and laboratory kits. The streptavidin/biotin system has one of the biggest free energies of association of yet observed for noncovalent binding of a protein and small ligand in aqueous solution (K_assoc = 10**14). The complexes are also extremely stable over a wide range of temperature and pH.

Introduction
The 14-3-3 family of proteins plays a key regulatory role in signal transduction, checkpoint control, apoptotic and nutrient-sensing pathways. 14-3-3 proteins are highly conserved and ubiquitously expressed. There are at least seven isoforms that have been identified in mammals. The 14-3-3gamma, a subtype of the 14-3-3 family of proteins, was thought to be brain and neuron-specific. It has been shown to interact with RAF1 and protein kinase C, proteins involved in various signal transduction pathways.

Introduction
VEGF-C, also known as Vascular Endothelial Growth Factor Related Protein (VRP), is a recently discovered VEGF growth factor family member that is most closely related to VEGF-D. Human VEGF-C cDNA encodes a pre-pro-protein of 416 amino acids residues. It is almost identical to the mouse VEGF-C protein. Similar to VEGF-D, VEGF-C has a VEGF homology domain spanning the middle third of the precursor molecule and long N- and C-terminal extensions. In adults, VEGF-C is highly expressed in heart, placenta, ovary and small intestine. Recombinant human VEGF-C, lacking the N- and C-terminal extensions and containing only the middle VEGF homology domain, forms primarily non-covalently linked dimers. This protein is a ligand for both VEGFR-2/KDR and VEGFR-3/FLT-4. Since VEGFR-3 is strongly expressed in lymphatic endothelial cells, it has been postulated that VEGF-C is involved in the regulation of the growth and/or differentiation of lymphatic endothelium. Although recombinant human VEGF-C is also a mitogen for vascular endothelial cells, it is much less potent than VEGF-A.

Introduction
CCAAT/enhancer binding protein(C/EBP) a is a family of transcription factors that all contain a highly conserved, basic-leucine zipper domain at the C-terminus that is involved in dimerization and DNA binding. C/EBP family of transcription factors regulates viral and cellular CCAAT/enhancer element-mediated transcription. C/EBP family consist of several related proteins, C/EBP a,b,g,d, that form homodimers and that form heterodimers with each other. C/EBP proteins contain the bZIP region, which is characterized by two motifs in the C-terminal half of the protein; a basic region involved in DNA binding and a leucine zipper motif involved in dimerization. C/EBPs differ significantly in their physiological functions and in their downstream target genes. For example, mice lacking C/EBPa die shortly after birth due to severe hypoglycemia and the absence of glycogen storage in liver, whereas knockout of C/EBPb causes defects in female reproduction.

Introduction
Eotaxin-2, also called MPIF2 & Ckb6, is a novel CC chemokine produced by activated monocytes and T lymphocytes. Eotaxin-2 selectively chemoattracts cells expressing CCR3 including eosinophils, basophils, Th2 T cells, mast cells, and certain subsets of dendritic cells. Furthermore, Eotaxin-2 inhibits the proliferation of multipotential hematopoietic progenitor cells. The mature protein, which includes C-terminal truncation, contains 78 amino acids (92 amino acids for the mouse homolog, without C-terminal truncation).
CCL24 functions as a chemotactic chemokine for resting t-lymphocytes, and eosinophils. CCL24 has lower chemotactic activity for neutrophils but none for monocytes and activated lymphocytes. CCL24 is a strong suppressor of colony formation by a multipotential hematopoietic progenitor cell line and binds to CCR3. -

Introduction
HCV is a small 50nm, enveloped, single-stranded, positive sense RNAvirus in the family Flaviviridae.
HCV has a high rate of replication with approximately one trillion particles produced each day in an infected individual. Due to lack of proofreading by the HCV RNA polymerase, the HCV has an exceptionally high mutation rate, a factor that may help it elude the host's immune response. Hepatitis C virus is classified into six genotypes(1-6) with several subtypes within each genotype. The preponderance and distribution of HCV genotypes varies globally. Genotype is clinically important in determining potential response to interferon-based therapy and the required duration of such therapy. Genotypes 1 and 4 are less responsive to interferon-based treatment than are the other genotypes (2, 3, 5 and 6). -

Introduction
YOD1 is a Hydrolase which removes conjugated ubiquitin from proteins and takes part in endoplasmic reticulum-associated degradation (ERAD) for misfolded lumenal proteins. YOD1 is a highly conserved deubiquitinating enzyme belonging to the ovarian tumor (otubain) family, whose function has yet to be determined in mammalian cells. YOD1 is a component of a multiprotein complex with p97 as its nucleus, proposing a functional link to a pathway responsible for the dislocation of misfolded proteins from the endoplasmic reticulum. YOD1 variant xpression deprived of its deubiquitinating activity compels a halt on the dislocation reaction, as concluded by the stabilization of various dislocation substrates.

Background
Title: Cysteine-Rich Angiogenic Inducer 61 Human Recombinant: A Potential Regulator of Angiogenesis
Abstract:
Cysteine-rich angiogenic inducer 61 (CYR61) is an important extracellular matrix-associated protein that plays a significant role in angiogenesis and cell adhesion. This research paper provides a comprehensive analysis of human recombinant CYR61, focusing on its production, characterization, and potential applications in regulating angiogenesis. The paper discusses the significance of CYR61 in physiological and pathological angiogenesis, including wound healing, tumor development, and cardiovascular diseases. Furthermore, it explores ongoing research and clinical trials investigating the therapeutic potential of recombinant CYR61 in various pathological conditions. The information presented in this paper aims to enhance our understanding of human recombinant CYR61 and its utility as a research tool and a potential regulator of angiogenesis.Introduction:
Cysteine-rich angiogenic inducer 61 (CYR61) is an extracellular matrix-associated protein that plays a crucial role in angiogenesis, the formation of new blood vessels from pre-existing ones. Human recombinant CYR61, produced through genetic engineering techniques, provides researchers with a valuable tool to study its biological functions and explore its therapeutic potential.Production and Characterization:
Recombinant CYR61 is typically generated using expression systems such as mammalian cells or bacteria. The protein is then purified and characterized to ensure its structural integrity and functional activity. Quality control measures are implemented to confirm the specificity and bioactivity of the recombinant CYR61.Role in Angiogenesis:
CYR61 is involved in various aspects of angiogenesis, including endothelial cell proliferation, migration, and tube formation. It interacts with integrins and other cell surface receptors to modulate signaling pathways involved in angiogenic processes. Recombinant CYR61 serves as a valuable tool for studying the mechanisms underlying angiogenesis and exploring its potential as a therapeutic target.Therapeutic Implications:
The dysregulation of angiogenesis is associated with several pathological conditions, including cancer, cardiovascular diseases, and chronic wounds. Recombinant CYR61 has shown promise as a potential regulator of angiogenesis and a therapeutic agent. It can be used to promote or inhibit angiogenesis, depending on the specific context. Ongoing research and clinical trials are investigating the therapeutic applications of recombinant CYR61 in various diseases, including cancer and ischemic disorders. Conclusion:
Human recombinant CYR61 is a valuable research tool and a potential regulator of angiogenesis. Its production, characterization, and applications in modulating angiogenic processes contribute to our understanding of angiogenesis and the development of novel therapeutic interventions. Continued research and clinical trials exploring the therapeutic potential of recombinant CYR61 offer promising prospects for improving outcomes in cancer, cardiovascular diseases, and wound healing. What is the molecular weight/Mw of CCN1 Protein?

Introduction
Malignant T cell amplified sequence 1 (MCTS1) is an Anti-oncogene which takes part in cell cycle regulation by means of decreasing cell doubling time and encouraging-dependent growth and also by shorting the duration of G1 transit time and G1/S transition. MCTS1 also plays a role as translation enhancer. MCTS1 recruits the density-regulated protein/DENR and binds to the cap complex of the 5'-terminus of mRNAs, thereupon altering the mRNA translation profile; Up-regulates protein levels of BCL2L2, TFDP1, MRE11A, CCND1 and E2F1, while mRNA levels remains constant.

Introduction
Tetratricopeptide repeat protein 1 (TTC1) is comprised of 292 amino acids with 3 TPR motifs, such as a Galpha16-binding protein. This interaction is confirmed both in vitro and in transfected mammalian cells, where TTC1 also binds to a number of other Galpha proteins. TTC1 interacts with Ha-Ras especially in its active form. TTC1 also interacts with the GAP domain of NF1.

Introduction
Vitronectin (VTN) which is a part of the pexin family is a cell adhesion and spreading factor found in serum and tissues. VTN interacts with glycosaminoglycans and proteoglycans. VTN inhibits the membrane-damaging effect of the terminal cytolytic complement pathway and binds to numerous serpin serine protease inhibitors. Scientists have been noticed an over expression of VTN, integrins and plasminogen in migrating cells during wound healing.
