The DENV is small structure that can only reproduce inside a host organism. There are 4 related dengue viruses- Degue-1, Dengue-2, Dengue-3, & Dengue4. All of them are present in the same areas of the world. The dengue virus has just about a sphere shaped structure comprised of the viral genome and capsid proteins bordered by an envelope and a shell of antigen. Assay Conditions
Coat each well with 1 to 3ug/well polyclonal or monoclonal anti-human IgG or IgM. Leave in 4C for overnight. Wash with wash buffer and block with 3% goat serum PBS for 1 hour at 37 C. Wash with wash buffer again. 1:20 dilution of sample with PBS. Add 100ul diluted sample into each well. Leave in 37 oC for 1 hour. Wash with wash buffer again. 1:100 to 200 dilute Den-HRP with PBS and add 100ul into each well. Incubate for 1 hour at 37C. After wash with wash buffer and add 100ul substrate for color reaction.

Background
Neisseria gonorrhoeae, also known as Gonococci is a Gram-negative bacteria, requiring nutrient supplementation to survive. The cocci are facultatively intracellular and typically appear in pairs (diplococci). Neisseria gonorrhoeae is a relatively fragile organism, affected by temperature changes, drying, uv light, and other environmental conditions. Strains of N. gonorrhoeae are variable in their cultural requirements so that media containing hemoglobin, NAD, yeast extract and other supplements are needed for isolation and growth of the organism. Neisserial LPS is distinguished from enteric LPS by its highly-branched basal oligosaccharide structure and the absence of repeating O-antigen subunits. Babesiosis is a disease caused by apicomplexan parasites of the Babesia genus. The Babesia microti life cycle involves 2 hosts, which include a rodent, mainly the white-footed mouse (Peromyscus leucopus) and a tick in the Ixodes genus. During a blood meal, a Babesia-infected tick introduces sporozoites into the mouse host. Sporozoites pass into the erythrocytes and undergo asexual reproduction (budding). In the blood, some parasites differentiate into male and female gametes, though these cannot be distinguished by light microscopy. The definitive host is the tick. Once ingested by an proper tick, gametes unite and undergo a sporogonic cycle resulting in sporozoites. Transovarial transmission (aka vertical or hereditary transmission) has been detected for "large" Babesia species but not for the "small" Babesia, such as B. microti. Humans enter the cycle when bitten by the infected ticks. Thus during a blood meal, a Babesia-infected tick introduces sporozoites into the human host. Sporozoites then enter erythrocytes and undergo asexual replication (budding). Multiplication of the blood-stage parasites is responsible for the clinical manifestations of the disease. Humans typically are dead-end hosts. However, human-to-human transmission is well acknowledged to occur via contaminated blood transfusions.

Introduction
AKAP7 is a member of the A-kinase anchoring protein (AKAP) family, a group of functionally related proteins which bind to a regulatory subunit (RII) of cAMP-dependent protein kinase A (PKA) and target the enzyme to specific subcellular sections. AKAP7 is expressed in heart, brain, pancreas, lung and skeletal muscle. AKAP7 binds PKA to the plasma membrane, and allows efficient coupling to the L-type calcium channel.
