TBCA is a tubulin-folding protein which is involved in the early step of the tubulin folding pathway. HscB Iron-Sulfur Cluster Co-Chaperone (HSCB) is a member of the hscB family and contains 1 J domain. FAM3A is a cytokine-like protein, which is expressed in almost all tissues such as the testis, pancreas, adrenal, placenta, brain, fetal brain, liver, kidney, skeletal muscle and the heart. FAM3A gene expression may be regulated by peroxisome proliferator-activated receptor gamma, and the FAM3A protein might be involved in the regulation of glucose and lipid metabolism. Although the function of the FAM3A protein has been unclear until now, it may act as a defensin against invading fungal microorganisms.

Myosin regulatory light chain 5 (MYL5) is a hexameric ATPase cellular motor protein. Myosin is comprised of 2 heavy chains, 2 nonphosphorylatable alkali light chains, and 2 phosphorylatable regulatory light chains.
