Collapsin response mediator proteins (CRMPs) are cytosolic phosphoproteins involved in neuronal differentiation and axonal guidance. CRMP2 was previously shown to mediate the repulsive effect of Sema3A on axons and to participate in axonal specification. The X-ray crystal structure of murine CRMP1 was determined at 2.1 resolution and demonstrates that CRMP1 is a bilobed ‘lung-shaped’ protein forming a tetrameric assembly.

COMM Domain Containing (COMMD6) which is a part of the NF-kappa-B -inhibiting proteins, contains one COMM domain. COMMD6 down-regulates the activation of NF-kappa-B and inhibits TNF-induced NFKB1 activation.

PSMA2 is a 20S core alpha subunit of proteasome belonging to the peptidase T1A family. COMM Domain Containing 7 (COMMD7) composed of 200 amino acid which contains 1 COMM domain. COMMD7 interacts (through COMM domain) with COMMD1 via its COMM domain.COMMD7 also associates with the NF-kappa-B complex and suppresses its transcriptional activity. COMMD7 is highly expressed in lung.

Bcl-2-like protein 11 (BCL2L11) is a member of the Bcl-2 family and contains a Bcl-2 homology domain 3 (BH3). BCL2L11 expression can be stimulated by nerve growth factor (NGF), in addition to the forkhead transcription factor (FKHR-L1) which proposes a role of the BCL2L11 gene in neuronal and lymphocyte apoptosis. DPP4 also called adenosine deaminase complexing protein-2, and T-cell activation antigen CD26 is a serine exopeptidase and complex enzyme that is expressed on the surface of most cell types. DPPIV is an intrinsic membrane glycoprotein and a serine exopeptidase that cleaves X-proline dipeptides from the N-terminus of polypeptides. DPP4 plays a role in t-cell activation. DPP4 is associated with intracellular signal transduction, apoptosis and involved in tumor biology. Hepatitis B virus x interacting protein (HBXIP) forms a complex with the C-terminus of hepatitis B virus X (HBX) protein. HBXIP negatively regulates HBX activity and changes the replicative life cycle of the virus.
