Ras-related GTP binding C (RRAGC) is a monomeric guanine nucleotide-binding protein, or G protein. As a result of binding GTP or GDP, small G proteins act as molecular regulators in various cell processes and signaling pathways. RRAGC regulates the organization of the actin cytoskeleton and has an intrinsic GTPase activity. RRAGC is possibly necessary for the amino acid-induced relocalization of mTORC1 to the lysosomes and its succeeding activation by the GTPase RHEB, which is key step in the activation of the TOR signaling cascade by amino acids.

Fc fragment of IgE, high affinity I, receptor for; alpha polypeptide (FCER1A) binds to the Fc region of immunoglobulins epsilon. FCER1A is a high affinity receptor. In addition FCER1A is responsible for starting the allergic response. Binding of allergen to receptor-bound IgE leads to cell activation and the release of mediators such as histamine which is responsible for the manifestations of allergy. This receptor is contains of an alpha subunit, a beta subunit, and two gamma subunits. FCER1A stands for the alpha subunit. Among the diseases associated with FCER1A are mast-cell leukemia, and allergic asthma.

Protein Tyrosine Phosphatase Receptor Type C, also known as PTPRC, which is a vital regulator of T- and B-cell antigen receptor signaling, is also a part of the protein tyrosine phosphatase (PTP) family. Since VEGFR-3 is strongly expressed in lymphatic endothelial cells, it has been postulated that VEGF-C is involved in the regulation of the growth and/or differentiation of lymphatic endothelium. Although recombinant human VEGF-C is also a mitogen for vascular endothelial cells, it is much less potent than VEGF-A.

Carcinoembryonic Antigen-Related Cell Adhesion Molecule 3, also known as CEACAM3, is a member of the immunoglobulin super family. The genes in this family encode cell adhesion proteins, which are expressed at higher levels in tumorous tissues rather than in normal tissues. Ebolavirus (EVD) belongs to the Filoviridae family of proteins which is comprised of a single-strand, non-infectious RNA genome. CRP is an acute phase protein that correlates with inflammatory disease and is synthesized by hepatocytes during the acute phase response by certain cytokines (IL-1 and TNF Alpha and Beta).
