CFI cleaves and inactivates C3b and C4b. CFI is inactive without a cofactor such as the soluble factor H and C4b binding protein. CFI cleaves the alpha-peptide chain of C3b and C4b when these binds1 of the cofactors. This cleavage inactivates all of the complement activating functions of these proteins producing iC3b and iC4b.CFI cleaves the alpha chain of C3b twice and this releases a small fragment called C3f. CFI can cleave iC3b releasing C3c from C3dg in the presence of CR1.C4b is cleaved rapidly at 2 sites separating C4c from C4d.

Estrogen receptors α (ERα, ER; NR3A1) is a member of the steroid hormone receptor family. ERα is a ligand-activated transcription factor. ERα contain DNA binding and ligand binding domains. ReoVirus belongs to the RNA virus family of Reoviridae. The virions of reoviruses lack an outer envelope and show spheroidal. They measure approximately 70 nanometres and have two icosahedral capsids. Reoviruses enclose a core of segmented, double-stranded RNA virus and are a non-pathogenic naturally occurring virus. Approximately 100% of the population demonstrate signs of a previous reovirus infection, normally confined to the gastrointestinal or respiratory systems in the body. Reovirus particularly targets cells with a highly activated Ras signaling pathway and hence is a potent cancer killer.

CD33 is putative adhesion molecule of myelomonocytic-derived cells which mediates sialic-acid dependent binding to cells. CD33 prefers to bind to alpha-2,6-linked sialic acid. The sialic acid recognition site is masked by cis interactions with sialic acids on the same cell surface. GMCSF is a cytokine that controls the production, differentiation, and function of granulocytes and macrophages. The active form of the protein is found extracellularly as a homodimer. This gene has been localized to a cluster of related genes at chromosome region 5q31, which is known to be associated with interstitial deletions in the 5q- syndrome and acute myelogenous leukemia. Other genes in the cluster include those encoding interleukins 4, 5, and 13.

Cholera Toxin B subunit (ctxB) Cholera is a protein complex secreted by the bacterium Vibrio cholerae. ctxB is responsible for the massive, watery diarrhea characteristic of cholera infection. The cholera toxin is an oligomeric complex made up of 6 protein subunits: a single copy of the A subunit and5 copies of the B subunit, denoted as AB5. CD72 antigen is a member of the type II integral membrane glycoproteins which includes other related cell surface moleculaes such as the asialoglycoprotein receptors, CD23 and the Kupffer cell recpeotr. The function of CD72 is unknown but the exposure of B cells to CD72 antibodies activates a variety of signaling pathways and can induce MHC class II expression and B cell proliferation. CD72 antigen is expressed on all cells of B cell lineage with the exception of plasma cells and weakly on human tissue macrophages.

High-mobility group box 1 protein (HMGB1), previously known as HMG-1 or amphoterin, is a member of the high mobility group box family of non-histone chromosomal proteins. It was originally discovered as a nuclear protein that could bend DNA. Such bending stabilizes nucleosome formation and regulates the expression of select genes upon recruitment by DNA binding proteins.

SGTA is a ubiquitously expressed protein that contains three TPR protein-protein interaction duplicates.
