Introduction
TMEFF1 is a type I transmembrane glycoprotein which includes 2 follistatin modules and an EGF domain in its extracellular domain, a transmembrane domain and a short cytoplasmic tail. The extracellular domain of TMEFF1 can be released as a soluble protein. TMEFF1 is primarily expressed in brain, but is downregulated in brain neoplasms. TMEFF1 selectively regulates nodal but not activin signaling through direct binding to the nodal co-receptor, Cripto. TMEFF inhibits NODAL and BMP signaling through neural patterning and also a possible tumor suppressor in brain cancers.

Introduction
Ku antigen consists of two polypeptides (70 kDa and 80 kDa; the p80 subunit is occasionally called p86). The Ku heterodimer provides DNA-binding and regulatory functions to DNA-dependent protein kinase which is a central enzyme for DNA recombination processes in eucaryotic cells. The Ku protein plays important roles in multiple nuclear processes including DNA repair, V(D)J recombination, telomere maintenance, and the regulation of specific gene transcription.
Antibodies to Ku were originally reported in scleroderma-polymyositis overlap syndrome (up to 20% of patients) but have also been detectable in about 20 % of patients with primary pulmonary hypertension (as a complication of overlap), in 5-10 % of SLE and MCTD patients, and in up to 20 % of patients with primary Sj?gren's syndrome.
In IIF using HEp-2 cells, Ku-positive sera yield a dense, fine granular pattern with nucleolar staining that is typical but not specific for anti-Ku. Detection of Ku antibodies by Western blot may bear false-negative results since the main reactive epitope on the p70/p80 heterodimer is conformation-dependent. -

Introduction
BAG3 Inhibits the chaperone activity of HSP70/HSC70 by promoting substrate release. BAG3 has anti-apoptotic activity. BAG proteins participate with Hip for their binding to Hsc70/Hsp70 ATPase domain and encourage substrate release. BAG proteins have about 45 amino acid BAG domain close to the C terminus however they differ noticeably in their N-terminal regions. BAG3 includes a WW domain in the N-terminal region and a BAG domain in the C-terminal region. The BAG domains of BAG1, BAG2, and BAG3 interact particularly with the Hsc70 ATPase domain in vitro and in mammalian cells. They bind with high affinity to the ATPase domain of Hsc70 and inhibit its chaperone activity in a Hip-repressible manner. BAG3 plays a role as a protein-refolding cochaperone of the bcl2 binding protein BAG family and as upregulated in response to persistent stress of cellular calcium balance dysregulation. BAG3 has been shown to diminish stress-induced apoptosis.

Introduction
SERPINI1 (Neuroserpin) is an inhibitory serpin which is expressed primarily in the central nervous system. Even though the physiological target of SERPINI1 is still vague, amassed evidence suggest that SERPINI1 has an imperative role in controlling proteolytic degradation of extracellular matrix (ECM) during synaptogenesis and the subsequent development of neuronal plasticity. The neuroprotective role of SERPINI1 has been demonstrated in transgenic mice lacking SERPINI1 expression. The deficiency of SERPINI1 in these mice is linked with motor neuron disease characterized by axonal degradation. In humans, defects in SERPINI1, caused by point mutations in the neuroserpin gene, trigger a hereditary disorder known as the familial encephalopathy with neuroserpin inclusion bodies (FENIB).

Introduction
DFF is a heterodimeric protein of 40kDa (DFFB) and 45kDa (DFFA) subunits. DFFA (DNA fragmentation factor subunit alpha) is the substrate for caspase-3 and triggers DNA fragmentation during apoptosis. DFF is activated once DFFA is cleaved by caspase-3. The cleaved fragments of DFFA detach from DFFB (the active component of DFF), which in turn triggers DNA fragmentation as well as chromatin condensation during apoptosis. Apoptosis is accompanied by shrinkage and fragmentation of the cells and nuclei and degradation of the chromosomal DNA into nucleosomal units.
A reduced level of DFFA detected in ovarian endometriosis may be a part of an apoptosis-resistant mechanism enhancing the disease progression.
DFFA at chromosome 1 shows rare allelic variants in neuroblastoma tumors. -

Introduction
Tumor protein p53 responds to various cellular stresses by regulating target genes that induce cell cycle arrest, apoptosis, senescence, DNA repair, or changes in metabolism. p53 is a tumor suppressor gene expressed in a wide variety of tissue types and is involved in regulating cell growth, replication, and apoptosis. p53 is a DNA-binding protein containing transcription activation, DNA-binding & oligomerization domains.
p53 binds to mdm2, SV40 T antigen and human papilloma virus E6 protein p53 senses DNA damage and possibly facilitating repair. p53 protein is a transcription factor which is encoded in humans by the TP53 gene. Alterations of TP53 occur not only as somatic mutations in human malignancies, but also as germline mutations in some cancer-prone families with Li-Fraumeni syndrome. p53 mutants that often occur in many different human cancers fail to bind the consensus DNA binding site, and hence cause the loss of tumor suppressor activity. Mutation involving p53 is found in a wide variety of malignant tumors, including breast, ovarian, bladder, colon, lung, and melanoma. The p53 expression in normal cells is low and in an assortment of transformed cell lines is high, which may contribute to transformation and malignancy. Multiple p53 variants encode distinct isoforms, which can regulate p53 transcriptional activity. p53’s significance in multicellular organisms is in cell cycle regulation therefore it functions as a tumor suppressor that is involved in preventing cancer. p53’s role in conserving stability by preventing genome mutation has earned it descriptions such as "the guardian of the genome," "the guardian angel gene," and the "master watchman.” The name p53 refers to its evident molecular mass: it migrates as a 53kDa protein on SDS-PAGE. However, based on calculations from its amino acid residues, p53's mass is in fact only 43.7kDa. This difference is attributed to the high number of proline residues in the protein which slow its migration on SDS-PAGE, consequently making it appear larger than it actually is. -

Introduction
Adipocyte fatty acid binding protein FABP4 is a 15 kDa member of the intracellular fatty acid binding protein (FABP) family, which is known for the ability to bind fatty acids and related compounds (bile acids or retinoids) in an internal cavity. FABP4 is expressed in a differentiation-dependent fashion in adipocytes and is a critical gene in the regulation of the biological function of these cells.
In mice, targeted mutations in FABP4 provide significant protection from IR in the context of both dietary and genetic obesity. Adipocytes obtained from FABP4-deficient mice also have reduced efficiency of ipolysis in vitro and in vivo, and these mice exhibited moderately improved systemic dyslipidemia. Recent studies also demonstrated FABP4 expression in macrophages upon differentiation and activation. In these cells, FABP4 modulates inflammatory responses and cholesterol ester accumulation, and total or macrophage-specific FABP4 deficiency confers dramatic protection against atherosclerosis in the apoE-/- mice. These results indicate a central role for FABP4 in the development of major components of the metabolic syndrome through its distinct actions in adipocytes and macrophages. -

Background
Troponin T3 Fast Skeletal Type (TNNT3) is a pivotal protein in the regulation of muscle contraction, specifically in fast-twitch skeletal muscles. The TNNT3 human recombinant, a product of cutting-edge biotechnology, offers a powerful tool to delve into the intricate molecular characteristics and multifaceted roles of this essential protein. This research aims to shed light on the molecular intricacies of TNNT3 and explore its significance beyond muscle contraction.
At its core, TNNT3 plays a central role in the troponin complex, which orchestrates muscle contraction by modulating the interaction between actin and myosin filaments. This molecular complex regulates muscle contraction in response to calcium ions (Ca²⁺), a fundamental process underpinning skeletal muscle function. TNNT3, as a specific isoform of troponin T, contributes to the fine-tuning of muscle contractility.
The importance of TNNT3 extends beyond its role in muscle physiology. It is primarily expressed in fast-twitch skeletal muscles responsible for rapid, forceful movements, such as sprinting and jumping. Consequently, TNNT3 is critical for the precise control of fast muscle contractions, ensuring optimal performance during activities requiring speed and power.
Furthermore, TNNT3 has gained recognition for its potential relevance in various neuromuscular disorders. Mutations in the TNNT3 gene have been associated with congenital myopathies, highlighting its clinical significance. Investigating the structural and functional properties of TNNT3 can provide valuable insights into the molecular basis of these disorders and potentially pave the way for therapeutic interventions.
The TNNT3 human recombinant serves as a gateway to comprehending the intricacies of this protein's molecular functions and its potential applications beyond muscle contraction. Researchers can leverage this recombinant protein to unravel TNNT3's structural properties, interactions with other muscle proteins, and its implications in neuromuscular diseases.
This research endeavor aims to offer a comprehensive analysis of the TNNT3 human recombinant, emphasizing its molecular characteristics, functional roles in muscle contraction, and its relevance in the context of neuromuscular disorders. By exploring the multifaceted nature of TNNT3, we aspire to contribute to a deeper understanding of muscle biology and the potential development of novel therapeutic strategies.

Introduction
FKBP4 is part of the immunophilin protein family, which takes part in immunoregulation and necessary cellular processes concerning protein folding and trafficking. FKBP4 is a cis-trans prolyl isomerase that connects to the immunosuppressants FK506 and rapamycin. FKBP4 has high structural and functional similarity to FKBP1A, though, FKBP4 does not have immunosuppressant activity when complexed with FK506. FKBP4 interacts with interferon regulatory factor-4 and is involved in immunoregulatory gene expression in B and T lymphocytes. FKBP4 is known to connect with phytanoyl-CoA alpha-hydroxylase. FKBP4 associates with HSP90 & HSP70 thus takes part in the intracellular trafficking of hetero-oligomeric forms of the steroid hormone receptors. FKBP4 highly associates with adeno-associated virus type 2 vectors (AAV) resulting in a considerable increase in AAV-mediated transgene expression in human cell lines. FKBP4 is involved in the optimal use of AAV vectors in human gene therapy.
