Introduction
A human infecting coronavirus (viral pneumonia) called 2019 novel coronavirus, 2019-nCoV was found in the fish market at the city of Wuhan, Hubei province of China on December 2019.
The 2019-nCoV shares an 87% identity to the 2 bat-derived severe acute respiratory syndrome 2018 SARS-CoV-2 located in Zhoushan of eastern China. 2019-nCoV has an analogous receptor-BD-structure to that of 2018 SARS-CoV, even though there is a.a. diversity so thus the 2019-nCoV might bind to ACE2 receptor protein (angiotensin-converting enzyme 2) in humans.
While bats are possibly the host of 2019-nCoV, researchers suspect that animal from the ocean sold at the seafood market was an intermediate host. RSCU analysis proposes that the 2019-nCoV is a recombinant within the viral spike glycoprotein between the bat coronavirus and an unknown coronavirus.

Introduction
Low affinity immunoglobulin gamma Fc region receptor III-A (FCGR3A) is a receptor for the Fc portion of immunoglobulin G, and is involved in the elimination of antigen-antibody complexes from the circulation, as well as other antibody-dependent responses. FCGR3A needs to associate with the gamma subunit of Fc epsilon. The FCGR3A receptor is expressed on natural killer (NK) cells as an integral membrane glycoprotein anchored through a transmembrane peptide, while FCGR3B is expressed on polymorphonuclear neutrophils (PMN) where the receptor is anchored through a phosphatidylinositol (PI) linkage. In addition, FCGR3A is expressed on macrophages, subpopulation of T-cells, immature thymocytes and placental trophoblasts. FCGR3A mediates antibody-dependent cellular cytotoxicity (ADCC) and other antibody-dependent responses, such as phagocytosis. FCGR3A gene mutations are linked with susceptibility to recurrent viral infections, susceptibility to systemic lupus erythematosus, and alloimmune neonatal neutropenia.

Background
The Human Immunodeficiency Virus type 1 (HIV-1) continues to pose a global health challenge, with millions of individuals affected by the virus. The development of an effective HIV vaccine has been a long-standing goal in the field of virology and immunology. One promising approach is the use of polyvalent HIV-1 recombinant vaccines, which aim to target multiple viral strains and epitopes simultaneously. This research delves into the concept of polyvalent HIV-1 vaccines, shedding light on their potential to provide broad and robust protection against HIV-1 infection.
The primary objective of this research is to explore the rationale behind polyvalent HIV-1 vaccines. HIV-1 exhibits extensive genetic diversity, with multiple subtypes and circulating recombinant forms (CRFs) worldwide. Polyvalent vaccines are designed to encompass a range of viral strains, ensuring coverage against various subtypes and epitope variants. Understanding the genetic diversity of HIV-1 and the importance of polyvalent approaches is fundamental for vaccine design.
The second objective is to investigate the immunological mechanisms underlying polyvalent HIV-1 vaccines. In vitro and in vivo studies will be conducted to assess the ability of polyvalent vaccines to induce broad and cross-reactive immune responses. This includes investigations into the generation of neutralizing antibodies, cytotoxic T lymphocyte (CTL) responses, and mucosal immunity. These studies aim to elucidate the key immune correlates of protection conferred by polyvalent vaccines.
The third objective is to assess the clinical potential of polyvalent HIV-1 recombinant vaccines. Clinical trials involving diverse populations at risk of HIV-1 infection will be conducted to evaluate the safety, immunogenicity, and efficacy of polyvalent vaccine candidates. These trials may provide crucial insights into the feasibility and effectiveness of polyvalent vaccine strategies in real-world settings.
By delving into the concept of polyvalent HIV-1 recombinant vaccines, this research aims to contribute to the ongoing efforts to develop a successful HIV vaccine. The findings may provide a pathway towards a vaccine that can offer comprehensive protection against the diverse array of HIV-1 strains, bringing us closer to ending the HIV/AIDS pandemic.

Introduction
HCV is a small 50nm, enveloped, single-stranded, positive sense RNAvirus in the family Flaviviridae.
HCV has a high rate of replication with approximately one trillion particles produced each day in an infected individual. Due to lack of proofreading by the HCV RNA polymerase, the HCV has an exceptionally high mutation rate, a factor that may help it elude the host's immune response. Hepatitis C virus is classified into six genotypes(1-6) with several subtypes within each genotype. The preponderance and distribution of HCV genotypes varies globally. Genotype is clinically important in determining potential response to interferon-based therapy and the required duration of such therapy. Genotypes 1 and 4 are less responsive to interferon-based treatment than are the other genotypes (2, 3, 5 and 6). -

Introduction
Chemokine (C-C motif) ligand 7 (CCL7) is a small cytokine known as a chemokine that was previously called monocyte-specific chemokine 3 (MCP3). Due to CCL7 possessing two adjacent N-terminal cysteine residues in its mature protein, it is classified among the subfamily of chemokines known as CC chemokines. CCL7 specifically attracts monocytes, and regulates macrophage function. It is produced by certain tumor cell lines and by macrophages. This chemokine is located on chromosome 17 in humans, in a large cluster containing many other CC chemokines and is most closely related to CCL2(previously called MCP1).

Introduction
The protein encoded by this gene is a member of the bone morphogenetic protein family which is part of the transforming growth factor-beta superfamily. The superfamily includes large families of growth and differentiation factors. Bone morphogenetic proteins were originally identified by an ability of demineralized bone extract to induce endochondral osteogenesis in vivo in an extraskeletal site. This particular family member plays an important role in the onset of endochondral bone formation in humans, and a reduction in expression has been associated with a variety of bone diseases, including the heritable disorder Fibrodysplasia Ossificans Progressiva. Alternative splicing in the 5' untranslated region of this gene has been described and three variants are described, all encoding an identical protein.

Introduction
Human T-lymphotropic virus (HTLV) is a human, single-stranded RNA retrovirus that causes T-cell leukemia and T-cell lymphoma. The virus activates a subset of T-helper cellscalled Th1cells. The result is a proliferation of Th1 cells and overproduction of Th1 related cytokines (mainly IFN-gamma and TNF-alpha). Feedback mechanisms of these cytokines cause a suppression of the Th2 lymphocytes and a reduction of Th2 cytokine production (mainly IL-4, IL-5, IL-10 and IL-13). The end result is a reduction in the ability of the infected host to mount an adequate immune response to invading organisms that require a predominantly Th2 dependant response (these include parasitic infections and production of mucosal and humoral antibodies).

Introduction
CD68 encodes a 110-kD transmembrane glycoprotein that is highly expressed by human monocytes and tissue macrophages. It is a member of the lysosomal/endosomal-associated membrane glycoprotein (LAMP) family. The protein primarily localizes to lysosomes and endosomes with a smaller fraction circulating to the cell surface. It is a type I integral membrane protein with a heavily glycosylated extracellular domain and binds to tissue- and organ-specific lectins or selectins. The protein is also a member of the scavenger receptor family. Scavenger receptors typically function to clear cellular debris, promote phagocytosis, and mediate the recruitment and activation of macrophages. Alternative splicing results in multiple transcripts encoding different isoforms.

Background
Epstein-Barr Virus (EBV) is a ubiquitous human herpesvirus that infects the majority of the global population. Among its numerous viral proteins, Epstein-Barr Nuclear Antigen 1 (EBNA1) plays a pivotal role in the virus's life cycle and pathogenicity.
EBNA1 is indispensable for the maintenance and replication of the viral episome within host cells and is a key player in the oncogenic transformation of infected cells. This research endeavors to provide a comprehensive exploration of EBV EBNA1, shedding light on its multifaceted functions and potential applications in understanding EBV-related diseases and therapeutic strategies.
The primary objective of this research is to elucidate the diverse roles of EBNA1 in EBV infection and persistence. In vitro and in vivo experiments utilizing cell culture systems and animal models will be conducted to investigate how EBNA1 interacts with host cellular factors, regulates viral gene expression, and contributes to viral latency. Understanding these mechanisms is crucial for deciphering the complexities of EBV pathogenesis.
The second objective is to assess the clinical relevance of EBNA1 in EBV-associated diseases, particularly in the context of EBV-associated cancers such as nasopharyngeal carcinoma and Burkitt's lymphoma. Clinical studies involving patient samples and preclinical models will be employed to evaluate the potential diagnostic and therapeutic applications of EBNA1 as a biomarker or target in EBV-related malignancies.
The third objective is to explore the therapeutic implications of targeting EBNA1 in EBV-associated diseases. Research will investigate the development of novel antiviral agents or immunotherapies that specifically target EBNA1-mediated processes, such as viral episome maintenance and immune evasion. Harnessing the potential of EBNA1 as a therapeutic target may lead to innovative approaches in the management of EBV-related diseases.
By delving into the multifunctional roles of EBV EBNA1, this research aims to expand our understanding of its significance in EBV pathogenesis and its potential applications in diagnostics and therapeutics. The findings may contribute to the development of novel strategies for the prevention, treatment, and control of EBV-associated diseases.

Introduction
CD14 (also known lipopolysaccharide (LPS) receptor) is expressed strongly on monocytes and macrophage and weakly on the surface of neutrophils. CD14 is anchored to cells by linkage to glycosylphosphatidylinositol (GPI) and functions as a high affinity receptor for complexes of LPS and LPS binding protein (LBP). Soluble CD14, also binding to LPS, acts at physiological concentration as an LPS agonist and has, at higher concentrations, an LPS antagonizing effect in cell activation. CD14 has been shown to bind apoptotic cells.

Human immunodeficiency virus (HIV) is a retrovirus that can lead to a condition in which the immune system begins to fail, leading to opportunistic infections. HIV primarily infects vital cells in the human immune system such as helper T cells (specifically CD4+ T cells), macrophages and dendritic cells. HIV infection leads to low levels of CD4+ T cells through three main mechanisms: firstly, direct viral killing of infected cells; secondly, increased rates of apoptosis in infected cells; and thirdly, killing of infected CD4+ T cells by CD8 cytotoxic lymphocytes that recognize infected cells. When CD4+ T cell numbers decline below a critical level, cell-mediated immunity is lost, and the body becomes progressively more susceptible to opportunistic infections. HIV was classified as a member of the genus Lentivirus, part of the family of Retroviridae. Lentiviruses have many common morphologies and biological properties. Many species are infected by lentiviruses, which are charact

Introduction
Signal-Regulatory Protein Alpha, SIRPA belongs to the signal-regulatory-protein (SIRP) family, as well as theimmunoglobulin super family. The members of the SIRP family are receptor-type transmembrane glycoproteins which areinvolved in the negative regulation of receptor tyrosine kinase-coupled signaling processes. SIRPA can bephosphorylated by tyrosine kinases. The phospho-tyrosine residues of this PTP have been shown to recruit SH2domain containing tyrosine phosphatases (PTP), and perform as substrates of PTPs. SIRPA take part insignal transduction mediated by a variety of growth factor receptors. CD47 has been shown to be a ligand for SIRPA.

Introduction
The Epstein-Barr virus (EBV), also called Human herpes virus 4 (HHV-4), is a virusof the herpes family(which includes Herpes simplex virusand Cytomegalovirus. On infecting the B-lymphocyte, the linear virus genome circularizes and the virus subsequently persists within the cell as an episome. The virus can execute several distinct programs of gene expressionwhich can be broadly categorized as being lytic cycle or latent cycle. The lytic cycleor productive infection results in staged expression of a host of viral proteinswith the ultimate objective of producing infectious virions. Formally, this phase of infection does not inevitably lead to lysis of the host cellas EBV virions are produced by budding from the infected cell. The latent cycle(lysogenic) programs are those that do not result in production of virions. A very limited, distinct set of viral proteins are produced during latent cycle infection. These include Epstein-Barr nuclear antigen(EBNA)-1, EBNA-2, EBNA-3A, EBNA-3B, EBNA-3C, EBNA-leader protein (EBNA-LP) and latent membrane proteins(LMP)-1, LMP-2A and LMP-2B and the Epstein-Barr encoded RNAs(EBERs).

Introduction
Forty-two antigenic domains were identified across the hepatitis A virus (HAV) polyprotein by using a set of 237 overlapping 20-mer synthetic peptides spanning the entire HAV polyprotein. Nineteen antigenic domains were found within the structural proteins, and 22 were found within the nonstructural proteins, with 1 domain spanning the junction of VP1 and P2A proteins. Five of these domains were considered immunodominant, as judged by both the breadth and the strength of their immunoreactivity. One domain is located within the VP2 protein at position 57-90 aa. A second domain, located at position 767-842 aa, contains the C-terminal part of the VP1 protein and the entire P2A protein. A third domain, located at position 1403-1456 aa, comprises the C-terminal part of the P2C protein and the N-terminal half of the P3A protein. The fourth domain, located at position 1500-1519 aa, includes almost the entire P3B, and the last domain, located at position 1719-1764 aa, contains the C-terminal region of the P3C protein and the N-terminal region of the P3D protein. Four of the five most immunoreactive domains are derived from small HAV proteins and/or encompass protein cleavage sites separating different HAV proteins.

Introduction
MMAB protein catalyzes the last step in the conversion of vitamin B(12) into adenosylcobalamin (AdoCbl), a vitamin B12 containing coenzyme for methylmalonyl-CoA mutase(MCM). Decreased MMAB activity leads to the inherited disorder vitamin B12 dependent methylmalonic aciduria linked to the cblB complementation group.
