CDC37, His protein is extremely parallel to Cdc 37, a cell division cycle control protein of Sacchromyces cerevisiae. CDC37 is a molecular chaperone with a detailed role in cell signal transduction. CDC37 forms a complex with Hsp90 and several protein kinases including CDK4, CDK6, SRC, RAF-1, MOK, and eIF2 alpha kinases CDC37 has a vital part in directing Hsp90 to its target kinases.

HD Domain Containing 2, also known as HDDC2 is a member of the HDDC2 family. HDDC2 is an enzyme which contains one HD domain and it is expected to exhibit phosphohydrolase activity. It has been proposed that HDDC2 takes part in nucleic acid metabolism, signal transduction and possibly other functions in bacteria, archaea and eukaryotes. ICAM1 binds to integrins such as CD11a / CD18, or CD11b / CD18. ICAM1 is also used by Rhinovirus as a receptor. ICAM-1 is an intercellular adhesion molecule constantly present in low concentrations in the membranes of leukocytes and endothelial cells. When stimulated by cytokine the concentrations significantly increase. ICAM-1 can be stimulated by interleukin-1 (IL-1) and tumor necrosis factor alpha (TNFA) and is expressed by the vascular endothelium, macrophages and lymphocytes. ICAM-1 is a ligand for LFA-1 which is a receptor found on leukocytes. Upon activation, leukocytes bind to endothelial cells via ICAM-1/LFA-1 and then transmigrate into tissues.

NUDT10 belongs to the Nudix hydrolase family of pyrophosphatases. Nudix hydrolases contain a characteristic Nudix domain and are responsible for catalyzing the hydrolysis of nucleoside diphosphate derivatives. NUDT10 functions as a manganese-dependent polyphosphate phosphohydrolase with an optimum pH of 8.5. NUDT10 protein specifically metabolizes diadendosine-polyphosphates and, to a lesser extent, diphosphoinositol polyphosphates.

F11R (CD321) is a member of the immunoglobulin superfamily. F11R has a role in epithelial tight junction formation. Tight junctions exemplify one type of cell-to-cell adhesion in epithelial or endothelial cell sheets, establishing continuous seals around cells and acting as a physical barrier to thwart solutes and water from passing easily through the paracellular space. F11R protein can function as a receptor for reovirus, or as a ligand for the integrin LFA1, involved in leukocyte transmigration, or a platelet receptor.

RCAN1 encoded by a gene located in the human chromosome 21, interacts with calcineurin A and inhibits calcineurin-dependent signaling pathways, possibly affecting central nervous system development. RCAN1 is located in the minimal candidate region for the Down syndrome phenotype, and is over expressed in the brain of Down syndrome fetuses. Chronic over expression of this gene may lead to neurofibrillary tangles such as those associated with Alzheimer disease. Three transcript variants encoding three different isoforms have been found for this gene.

Charged Multivesicular Body Protein 5 (CHMP5) is a member of the chromatin-modifying protein/charged multivesicular body protein (CHMP) family. These proteins comprise the ESCRT-III (endosomal sorting complex required for transport III), a complex involved in degradation of surface receptor proteins and development of endocytic multivesicular bodies (MVBs).
