Introduction
Cyclin B1 (CCNB1) is a regulatory protein involved in mitosis. CCNB1 creates a complex with p34(cdc2) to form the maturation-promoting factor (MPF). CCNB1 is vital for the control of the cell cycle at the G2/M (mitosis) transition. CCNB1 builds up steadily during the G2 and is immediately destroyed at mitosis. The 2 alternative transcripts produce a constitutively expressed transcript and a cell cycle-regulated transcript which is expressed predominantly during G2/M phase. These transcripts are a result of alternate transcription initiation sites.

Introduction
Chemokine (C-C motif) ligand 13 (CCL13 / MCP-4) is a small cytokine belonging to the CC chemokine family. The MCP-4 gene is located on human chromosome 17 within a large cluster of other CC chemokines. MCP-4 induces chemotaxis in monocytes, eosinophils, T lymphocytes, and basophils by binding cell surface G-protein linked chemokine receptors such as CCR2, CCR3 and CCR5. Activity of the MCP-4 chemokine has been implicated in allergic reactions such as asthma. MCP-4 can be induced by the inflammatory cytokines interleukin-1 and TNF-a.

Introduction
Cathepsins B, C, H, L, S, V, X/Z/P and 1 are cysteine proteases of the papain family. Cathepsin C is also known as DPPI (dipeptidyl-peptidase I). Cathepsin A is a serine carboxypeptidase and Cathepsin D and E are aspartic proteases. As lysosomal proteases, cathepsins play an important role in protein degradation. Because of their redistribution or increased levels in human and animal tumors, cathepsins may have a role in invasion and metastasis. Cathepsins are synthesized as inactive proenzymes and processed to become mature and active enzymes. Endogenous protein inhibitors, such as cystatins and some serpins, inhibit active enzymes.

Introduction
CCNH is part of the cyclin family that is known for its protein abundance through the cell cycle. Cyclins act as regulators of CDK kinases. CCNH forms a complex with CDK7 kinase and ring finger protein MAT1. The kinase complex is able to phosphorylate CDK2 and CDC2 kinases, therefore it functions as a CDK-activating kinase (CAK). CCNH and its kinase collaborator are components of TFIIH, as well as RNA polymerase II protein complexes.

C1q is a vital initiator of the classical pathway of the complement system, playing a pivotal role in host defense, immune regulation, and clearance of apoptotic cells. While much research has been conducted on C1q in humans and other species, studies specifically focusing on rabbit C1q are relatively limited. Studies focusing on C1q in rabbit models have provided valuable insights into its involvement in host defense against infectious agents, autoimmune diseases, and inflammatory disorders. Additionally, research has highlighted the potential therapeutic applications of modulating C1q activity in conditions such as autoimmune diseases, neurodegenerative disorders, and cancer.

Introduction
HCV is a small 50nm, enveloped, single-stranded, positive sense RNAvirus in the family Flaviviridae.
HCV has a high rate of replication with approximately one trillion particles produced each day in an infected individual. Due to lack of proofreading by the HCV RNA polymerase, the HCV has an exceptionally high mutation rate, a factor that may help it elude the host's immune response. Hepatitis C virus is classified into six genotypes(1-6) with several subtypes within each genotype. The preponderance and distribution of HCV genotypes varies globally. Genotype is clinically important in determining potential response to interferon-based therapy and the required duration of such therapy. Genotypes 1 and 4 are less responsive to interferon-based treatment than are the other genotypes (2, 3, 5 and 6). -

Introduction
C1q is the first component of the classical pathway of complement activation. C1q along with the enzymatically active components C1r and C1s forms the C1 complex. When C1 binds to immunoglobulins in the form of immune complexes, it leads to activation of C1r and C1s proteases and a further activates the classical pathway of complement.
C1q is a glycoprotein that belongs to the collectin family, having a molecular weight of about 410-462 kDa. C1q is a hexamer composed of globular heads attached to collagen-like triple-helix tails. The globular heads of C1q exclusively bind to the CH2 domain of IgG molecules or the CH3 domain of IgM. Each heavy chain of the immunoglobulin molecule contains a single binding site for C1q. Given that C1q must bind to no less than two heavy chains in order to alter its conformation and activate C1r and C1s, its activation follows only after binding to immunoglobulins in the form of immune complexes bound to multivalent antigens. C1q’s main physiological role is in the clearance of immune complexes and apoptotic bodies from the organism. Interruption of this process may lead to development of autoimmunity. Individuals with genetic deficiencies of C1q or other components of the classical pathway are at risk to develop SLE. C1q specifically binds to apoptotic bodies of human keratinocytes, vascular endothelial cells and lymphocytes. Complement components C1q and bound C3 mediate the clearance of apoptotic bodies. Hence, C1q may advance the clearance of autoantigens, avoiding stimulation of the immune system. Nonetheless, an extended exposition of the immune system to the neoepitope exposed on C1q molecules bound to immune complexes or apoptotic bodies could ultimately lead to an autoimmune response against C1q itself and to an altered complement function. C1q deficiency may also lead to disruption of the negative selection of autoreactive B cells. C1q along with other specific recognition proteins bind to the highly conserved lupus antigens (dsDNA and nuclear proteins) and activate the complement system. Autoantibodies against C1q (anti-C1q) are found in a number of autoimmune and infectious diseases like glomerulonephritis (GN) and lupus erythematosus (SLE), these antibodies are significant in clinical practice due to their negative predictive value. -

Introduction
HAX1 associates with hematopoietic cell-specific Lyn substrate 1, which is a substrate of Src family tyrosine kinases. HAX1 also interacts with the product of the polycystic kidney disease 2 gene, mutations in which are associated with autosomal-dominant polycystic kidney disease, and with the F-actin-binding protein, cortactin. It was earlier thought HAX1 is mainly localized to the mitochondria, however, recent studies indicate it to be localized in the cell body. Mutations in the HAX1 gene result in autosomal recessive severe congenital neutropenia, aka Kostmann disease.

Stability
HCV Core Genotype-2b although stable at 4°C for 1 week, should be stored below -18°C. Please prevent freeze thaw cycles.
-
Applications
Antigen in ELISA and Western blots, excellent antigen for detection of HCV with minimal specificity problems.

Introduction
Chemokine (C-C motif) ligand 7 (CCL7) is a small cytokine known as a chemokine that was previously called monocyte-specific chemokine 3 (MCP3). Due to CCL7 possessing two adjacent N-terminal cysteine residues in its mature protein, it is classified among the subfamily of chemokines known as CC chemokines. CCL7 specifically attracts monocytes, and regulates macrophage function. It is produced by certain tumor cell lines and by macrophages. This chemokine is located on chromosome 17 in humans, in a large cluster containing many other CC chemokines and is most closely related to CCL2(previously called MCP1).

Introduction
MDC (CCL22) is a small cytokine that belongs to the CC chemokine family. CCL22 is one of several Cys-Cys (CC) cytokine genes clustered on the q arm of chromosome 16.
MDC shows chemotactic activity for natural killer cells, chronically activated T lymphocytes, monocytes and dendritic cells. On the other hand, MDC shows a mild activity for primary activated T lymphocytes and has no chemoattractant activity for neutrophils, eosinophils and resting T lymphocytes. MDC may also have a role in the trafficking of activated T lymphocytes to inflammatory sites and other aspects of activated T lymphocyte physiology. MDC interacts with cell surface chemokine receptors CCR4.
CCL22 is vastly expressed in macrophage and in monocyte-derived dendritic cells, and thymus. CCL22 is also found in the lymph node, appendix, activated monocytes, resting and activated macrophages. Lower expression of CCL22 can be seen in the lung and the spleen and very weak expression in the small intestine. In the lymph node CCL22 is expressed in a mature subset of Langerhans' cells (CD1a+ and CD83+).
Furthermore, CCL22 is expressed in atopic dermatitis, allergic contact dermatitis skin, and psoriasis, in both the epidermis and dermis. In addition, MDC has a role in hindering progression of lung cancer. Moreover, significantly higher CCL22 expression is linked to gastric cancer. -

Background
The FCER1A gene encodes the alpha subunit of the high-affinity immunoglobulin E (IgE) receptor, known as FCER1A. This receptor is primarily expressed on mast cells and basophils, and its activation plays a pivotal role in allergic and inflammatory responses. This research aims to explore the significance of FCER1A and its potential implications in allergic disorders and immune-mediated diseases. By investigating the functions and regulation of FCER1A, we can gain insights into its role in immune responses and identify potential therapeutic targets.
The FCER1A receptor is responsible for the binding of IgE antibodies, initiating a cascade of signaling events upon allergen exposure. Crosslinking of IgE-bound FCER1A leads to the release of various inflammatory mediators, such as histamine, cytokines, and leukotrienes, which contribute to the clinical manifestations of allergic reactions. Understanding the molecular mechanisms underlying FCER1A activation and downstream signaling is crucial for comprehending allergic diseases.
In addition to its role in allergies, FCER1A has been implicated in immune-mediated inflammatory diseases, including asthma, atopic dermatitis, and autoimmune conditions. Dysregulation of FCER1A expression and signaling pathways can lead to exaggerated immune responses and chronic inflammation. Investigating the genetic and epigenetic factors influencing FCER1A expression and the interplay between FCER1A and other immune molecules can provide valuable insights into disease pathogenesis.
This research will delve into the molecular mechanisms governing FCER1A expression, activation, and downstream signaling pathways. The paper will explore the regulatory effects of FCER1A on mast cell and basophil activation, the release of inflammatory mediators, and the recruitment of other immune cells. Additionally, it will examine the impact of FCER1A dysregulation in allergic and immune-mediated diseases and discuss the potential of FCER1A as a therapeutic target for intervention.
The study will also investigate the diagnostic and prognostic value of FCER1A in various allergic and immune disorders. Understanding the expression patterns and alterations of FCER1A in different diseases and patient populations may aid in disease stratification, treatment selection, and monitoring of treatment response.
By unraveling the molecular mechanisms underlying FCER1A's functions in allergic and inflammatory responses, this research aims to contribute to our understanding of immune-mediated diseases. Furthermore, it highlights the potential of FCER1A as a target for therapeutic interventions and emphasizes the need for further investigations to develop novel treatments and improve patient outcomes.

Introduction
CA14 is a part of the Carbonic anhydrases family. Carbonic anhydrases (CAs) are a large family of zinc metalloenzymes which catalyze the reversible hydration of carbon dioxide. They present wide variety in tissue distribution and in their subcellular localization. CA14 is a type I membrane protein which shares highest sequence similarity with the other transmembrane CA isoform, CA XII. Nevertheless, they have different patterns of tissue-specific expression and therefore take different physiologic parts.
