Frizzled-4, also known as FZD4 is a 7 ­transmembrane glycoprotein which belongs to the Frizzled family within the G-protein coupled receptor superfamily. FZD4 acts as a positive regulator of the Wingless type MMTV integration site signaling pathway. These pathways appear to include interactions with G-proteins. FZD4 is implicated in transduction as well as intercellular transmission of polarity information in the course of tissue morphogenesis and differentiated tissues.

CHMP2B is a member of the vacuolar sorting protein family. CHMP2B is a component of the ESCRT-III complex which is essential for sorting endosomal articles into multivesicular bodies (MVBs), and are also obligatory for the formation of these bodies. Polymerase (RNA) III (DNA directed) Polypeptide H(POLR3H) is a member of the eukaryotic RPB7/RPC8 RNA polymerase subunit family. POLR3H is DNA-dependent RNA polymerase which catalyzes the transcription of DNA into RNA utilizing the 4 ribonucleoside triphosphates as substrates.
