MAPKSP1 is a scaffold protein which operates in the extracellular signal-regulated kinase (ERK) cascade. MAPKSP1 protein is restricted to late endosomes by the mitogen-activated protein-binding protein-interacting protein, and binds specifically to MAP kinase kinase MAP2K1/MEK1, MAP kinase MAPK3/ERK1, and MAP kinase MAPK1/ERK2.

Poly (ADP-Ribose) Polymerase 2 (PARP2) contains a catalytic domain which is homologous to that of poly (ADP-ribosyl) transferase but lacks an N-terminal DNA binding domain which activates the C-terminal catalytic domain of poly (ADP-ribosyl) transferase. DYNLL1 is a ubiquitously expressed protein that demonstrates high expression in testis and moderate expression in brain.

ACOT11 is a protein with acyl-CoA thioesterase activity towards medium (C12) and long-chain (C18) fatty acyl-CoA substrates. Expression of a similar murine protein in brown adipose tissue is induced by cold exposure and repressed by warmth. Aldolase A (ALDOA) is a glycolytic enzyme, which catalyzes the reversible conversion of fructose-1,6-bisphosphate to glyceraldehyde 3-phosphate and dihydroxyacetone phosphate. ALDOA is found in the developing embryo and is produced in even greater amounts in adult muscle. ALDOA expression is repressed in the adult liver, kidney and intestine and similar to ALDOC levels in the brain and other nervous tissue. Mitotic checkpoint protein BUB3 (BUB3), is a saved component of the mitotic spindle assembly complex (MCC). The encoded protein has 4 WD repeat domains and has a similar sequence as the yeast BUB3 protein. BUB3 is vital for the kinetochore localization of BUB1 and BUBR1. CTLA-4 is a member of the immunoglobulin superfamily and encodes a protein which transmits an inhibitory signal to T cells. The protein contains a V domain, a transmembrane domain, and a cytoplasmic tail. Alternate transcriptional splice variants, encoding different isoforms, have been characterized. Calpain, Small Subunit 1 (CAPNS1) belongs to the calpain small subunit family. S100A4 is a member of the S100 family of proteins containing 2 EF-hand calcium-binding motifs. S100 belongs to the family of calcium binding proteins such as calmodulin and troponin C.
