C-Src Tyrosine Kinase, also known as CSK, regulates cell growth, migration, differentiation, and immune response. CSK Phosphorylates tyrosine residues located in the C-terminal tails of Src-family kinases. CSK is a protein coding gene which suppresses signaling by several surface receptors. Among CSK's related pathways are PI-3K cascade and Signaling by FGFR.

ACTN1 encodes a nonmuscle, cytoskeletal, alpha actinin isoform and maps to the same site as the structurally similar erythroid beta spectrin gene. Alpha actinins belong to the spectrin gene superfamily which represents a diverse group of cytoskeletal proteins, including the alpha and beta spectrins and dystrophins. Alpha actinin is an actin-binding protein with multiple roles in different cell types. In nonmuscle cells, the cytoskeletal isoform is found along microfilament bundles and adherens-type junctions, where it is involved in binding actin to the membrane. In contrast, skeletal, cardiac, and smooth muscle isoforms are localized to the Z-disc and analogous dense bodies, where they help anchor the myofibrillar actin filaments.

MAP1LC3B is a member of the MAP1 LC3 family. MAP1LC3B is a subunit of neuronal microtubule-associated MAP1A and MAP1B proteins, that are involved in microtubule assembly and important for neurogenesis. In addition, MAP1LC3B takes part in formation of autophagosomal vacuoles and is expressed mainly in heart, testis, brain and skeletal muscle.

Coiled-Coil Domain Containing 90B (CCDC90B) is a member of the CCDC90 family. The CCDC90B protein is distinguished by the presence of a domain of unknown function, DUF1640. The DUF1640 domain is a characteristic of the entire protein with excluding of the first 23 amino acid residues which are a mitochondrial targeting site and the cleaved CCDC90B is expected to be a mitochondrial protein with no transmembrane spans or segments. CCDC90B is predicted to contain at least 3 specific phospohorylation sites.

CNTF is a polypeptide hormone whose actions appear to be restricted to the nervous system where it promotes neurotransmitter synthesis and neurite outgrowth in certain neuronal populations. Co-transcription from the two loci results in a transcript that contains a complete coding region for the zinc finger protein but lacks a complete coding region for ciliary neurotrophic factor.

The 244 amino acid cytoplasmic protein TBCB has one CAP-Gly domain and is universally expressed. Human PDE6D was initially identified as a fourth subunit of rod-specific cGMP phosphodiesterase, PDE6. PDE6D is an Oligomer composed of two catalytic chains (alpha and beta), an inhibitory chain (gamma) and the delta chain. PDE6D interacts with RPGR, ARL2 and ARL3. The catalytically active PDE6 is a heterodimer (αβ) that is controlled by two inhibitory γ subunits. Since PDE6D does not change the catalytic properties of PDEαβ, its function is still unanswered. CLTB forms a triskelion form comprised of 3 clathrin heavy chains and 3 light chains. When the triskelia interact they form a polyhedral pattern which encircles the vesicle.
