Ras-related protein Rab-6B (RAB6B) is a member of the Rab6 family of the small GTPase superfamily. The Rab6 subfamily consists of 3 different isoforms: Rab6A, Rab6A' and Rab6B. Both Rab6A and Rab6A' are ubiquitously expressed while Rab6B is mainly expressed in brain. Rab6 is a main regulator in the retrograde transfer from endosomes via the Golgi to the ER and may act in retrograde tansport in neuronal cells.

Ras-related protein Rab-22A (RAB22A) belongs to the RAB family of small GTPases. The GTP-bound form of the RAB22A interacts with early-endosomal antigen 1, and may be involved in the transferring of and interaction between endosomal compartments.

RUVBL1 is part of NuA4 histone acetyltransferase complex which participates in transcriptional activation of specific genes mainly by acetylation of nucleosomal histone H4 and H2A. RGS1 belongs to the regulator of G-protein signaling family. The RGS1 protein is situated on the cytosolic side of the plasma membrane and contains a conserved, 120 amino acid motif termed the RGS domain. RGS1 diminish s the signaling activity of G-proteins by binding to activated, GTP-bound G alpha subunits and performing as a GTPase activating protein (GAP), boosting the rate of conversion of the GTP to GDP. This hydrolysis allows the G alpha subunits to bind G beta/gamma subunit heterodimers, creating inactive G-protein heterotrimers, thus terminating the signal.

BIRC7 is a part of the inhibitor of apoptosis protein (IAP) family and contains a single copy of a baculovirus IAP repeat (BIR) as well as a RING-type zinc finger domain. The BIR domain is necessary for inhibitory activity & cooperates with caspases, while the RING finger domain sometimes increases anti-apoptotic activity but doesn’t inhibit apoptosis by itself. 2 transcript variants encoding diverse isoforms have been found for this gene. The 2 isoforms have dissimilar antiapoptotic characteristics, with isoform a protecting cells from apoptosis induced by staurosporine and isoform b defending cells from apoptosis induced by etoposide.
BIRC7 has direct contact with several caspases together with caspase-3, caspase-7, & caspase –9. BIRC7 inhibits the activation of caspase-9 induced by Apaf-1, cytochrome c, and dATP.

CRIP1 also known as Cysteine-Rich Protein 1is a member to the LIM/double zinc finger protein family, membersof which comprise cysteine- and glycine-rich protein-1, rhombotin-1, rhombotin-2, and rhombotin-3. LSM12 Homolog, U6 Small Nuclear RNA Associated (LSM12) is a member of the snRNP Sm proteins family. Sm-like proteins were detected in various organisms based on sequence homology with the Sm protein family. Sm-like proteins comprise the Sm sequence motif, which consists of two regions parted by a linker of variable length which folds as a loop. The Sm-like proteins are assumed to create a stable heteromer present in tri-snRNP particles, which are significant for pre-mRNA splicing.

Mediator Complex Subunit 20 (MED20) is a subunit of the Mediator complex, which is a multiprotein coactivator of RNA transcription that interacts with DNA-bound transcriptional activators, RNA polymerase II, and general initiation factors. The Mediator functions as a link to transmit information from gene-specific regulatory proteins to the basal RNA polymerase II transcription apparatus. Mediator is recruited to promoters by direct interactions with regulatory proteins and functions as a scaffold for the compilation of a functional preinitiation complex with RNA polymerase II and the general transcription factors.

PC4 and SFRS1 Interacting Protein 1 (PSIP1) is a transcriptional coactivator involved in neuroepithelial stem cell differentiation and neurogenesis. PSIP1 is also involved particularly in lens epithelial cell gene regulation and stress responses. PSIP1 has a significant role in lens epithelial to fiber cell terminal differentiation. In addition, PSIP1 plays a protective role during stress-induced apoptosis. Furthermore, PSIP1 is a cellular cofactor for lentiviral integration.

Ras association domain-containing protein 3 (RASSF3) is a ubiquitously expressed protein found in normal and cancerous tissues. RASSF3 is a member of RASSF family whose members contain a highly conserved Ras association domain (Ral GDS/AF-6 or RA) and function as Ras effectors/tumor suppressors. RASSF3 contains an N-terminal RA domain and a coiled-coil SARAH domain and may have 3 isoforms (RASSF3A, RASSF3B and RASSF3C) due to alternative splicing. RASSF3B and RASSF3C are shorter than RASSF3A and do not contain the RA and SARAH domain.

The induced protein was isolated from inclusion bodies by a simple solubilization-renaturation procedure and purified by ion exchange chromatography on Q-Sepharose to over 95% pure monomeric protein.Recombinant A-protein was compared by biochemical, immunological and molecular methods with the A-protein isolated from atypical A.salmonicida bacterial cells by the glycine and the membrane extraction methods.

SNRPC is a member of the U1 small nuclear ribonucleoprotein C family. The SNRPC protein component of the U1 small nuclear ribonucleoprotein (snRNP) particle required for the formation of the spliceosome. Tribbles Pseudokinase 3, also known as TRIB3, is a putative protein kinase which is induced by the transcription factor NF-kappaB. In addition, TRIB3 is a negative regulator of NF-kappaB, and can as well sensitize cells to TNF- and TRAIL-induced apoptosis. CRP is an acute phase protein that correlates with inflammatory disease and is synthesized by hepatocytes during the acute phase response by certain cytokines (IL-1 and TNF Alpha and Beta).
