Tripartite Motif Containing 28 (TRIM28) which is a member of the tripartite motif family includes 3 zinc-binding domains, a RING, a B-box type 1 and a B-box type 2, and a coiled-coil region. SERPINI1 (Neuroserpin) is an inhibitory serpin which is expressed primarily in the central nervous system.
