Shipping policy

ProSpec reserves the right to select the packaging and shipping method for the order, which will ensure the stability of the product as well as efficient tracing. Any damage during shipment is covered by the warranty provided herein. Title to the goods, as well as the risk of loss of the goods, passes when the goods are placed with the courier. The Buyer is liable for risk of loss of the goods and or damage of the goods when using his courier account. The Buyer is solely liable for any loss of the goods and/or damage of the goods when package is detained in customs and/or FDA inspection at the country of destination. It is the Buyer duty to inform the customs/FDA/Courier to maintain the goods at the appropriate temperature conditions.
The Buyer may receive a separate bill for local taxes at the country of destination and this is not a reason to refuse the shipment as ProSpec has no control over these costs. Please check with your local customs office prior to placing an order to further clarify any possible fees.All refused/undeliverable orders for any reason will be charged a 20% re-stocking/re-processing fee of the total purchase price of the product. The Buyer agrees to pay the shipping fee in full for the product/s exported as well as the shipping fees for the import of the product/s of the refused package back to ProSpec. The Buyer is liable for the package content stability once collected by the courier from ProSpec. After the package has been collected by the courier, the Buyer is the sole owner of the package and is responsible and liable for its content and its release from the local customs or any authority at the territory of destination. The recipient/buyer should track the parcel regularly and takes full liability for any delayed shipment
