Introduction
ZC4H2
(Zinc Finger, C4H2 Domain Containing) belongs to the zinc finger
domain-containing protein family. ZC4H2 has a C-terminal zinc finger domain which
is characterized by four cysteine residues and two histidine residues, and it also includes a coiled-coil
region. In addition, ZC4H2 has been detected as an autoantigen in
hepatocellular carcinoma patients. ZC4H2 has been identified as a potential
candidate for X-linked mental retardation. Among the diseases associated with
ZC4H2 are wieacker-wolf syndrome, and hepatocellular carcinoma.
Description
ZC4H2 Human Recombinant produced in E.Coli is a single, non-glycosylated polypeptide chain containing 247 amino acids (1-224 a.a) and having a molecular mass of 28.6kDa.
ZC4H2 is fused to a 23 amino acid His-tag at N-terminus & purified by proprietary chromatographic techniques.

ZC4H2 protein solution (0.25mg/ml) containing 20mM
Tris-HCl(pH 8.5), 50% glycerol, 0.2M NaCl and 2mM DTT.
