Synonyms

Nuclear proteasome inhibitor UBLCP1.
Introduction
Ubiquitin-like domain-containing CTD phosphatase 1 (UBLCP1) dephosphorylates 26S nuclear proteasomes, thereby decreasing their proteolytic activity. The dephosphorylation averts assembly of the core and regulatory particles (CP and RP) into mature 26S proteasome.
Description
UBLCP1 Human Recombinant produced in E.Coli is a single, non-glycosylated polypeptide chain containing 341 amino acids (1-318 a.a) and having a molecular mass of 39.2kDa.
UBLCP1 is fused to a 23 amino acid His-tag at N-terminus & purified by proprietary chromatographic techniques.
