Introduction
TUBG1 belongs to the tubulin superfamily. TUBG1 localizes to the centrosome and binds to microtubules to create the gamma-tubulin ring complex. TUBG1 facilitates the microtubule nucleation and is essential for microtubule formation and progression of the cell cycle.
Description
TUBG1 Human Recombinant produced in E.Coli is a single, non-glycosylated polypeptide chain containing 471 amino acids (1-451 a.a.) and having a molecular mass of 53.3kDa.
TUBG1 is fused to a 20 amino acid His-tag at N-terminus & purified by proprietary chromatographic techniques.
