Introduction
Ribosomal Protein L7A (RPL7A) is a ribosomal protein which is a component of the 60S subunit. RPL7A protein is a member of the L7AE family of ribosomal proteins. RPL7A interacts with a subclass of nuclear hormone receptors, including thyroid hormone receptor, and hinder their ability to transactivate by inhibiting their binding to their DNA response elements.
Description
RPL7A Human Recombinant produced in E.Coli is a single, non-glycosylated polypeptide chain containing 289 amino acids (1-266 a.a) and having a molecular mass of 32.4kDa.
RPL7A is fused to a 23 amino acid His-tag at N-terminus & purified by proprietary chromatographic techniques.
