Introduction
Putative peptidyl-tRNA hydrolase PTRHD1 (PTRHD1) is a 140 amino acid protein, which is encoded by a gene located on human chromosome 2p23.3. Chromosome 2 is the second largest human chromosome; it consists of 237 million bases, encodes over 1,400 genes and makes up approximately 8% of the human genome. Several genetic diseases are linked to genes on chromosome 2.
Description
PTRHD1 Human Recombinant produced in E.Coli is a single, non-glycosylated polypeptide chain containing 163 amino acids (1-140 a.a) and having a molecular mass of 18.2kDa.
PTRHD1 is fused to a 23 amino acid His-tag at N-terminus & purified by proprietary chromatographic techniques.
