Triphosphate Diphosphohydrolase 3, also known as ENTPD3, which owns a threefold
preference for the hydrolysis of ATP over ADP is similar to E-type
nucleotidases (NTPases). ENTPD3 is a protein coding gene which contains four
apyrase-conserved areas which is characteristic of NTPases.
Description
ENTPD3 Human Recombinant produced in E.Coli is a single, non-glycosylated polypeptide chain containing 465 amino acids (44-485 a.a) and having a molecular mass of 52kDa. ENTPD3 is fused to a 23 amino acid His-tag at N-terminus & purified by proprietary chromatographic techniques.

ENTPD3 protein solution (0.25mg/ml) containing 20mM Tris-HCl buffer (pH 8.0) and 10% glycerol.
Stability
Store at 4°C if entire vial will be used within 2-4 weeks. Store, frozen at -20°C for longer periods of time.
