It is found in both male and female sex organs. It is also part of the process of folliculogenesis, which has led to intriguing hypotheses regarding its role in uterine disorders.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003e\u003cstrong\u003eFunction\u003c\/strong\u003e\u003cbr\u003eFollistatin is involved in the production of muscle and skeletal tissue.
