Introduction
C-type lectin domain family 4, member E, also known as CLEC4E is a C-type lectin receptor expressed through a wide range of antigens which presents cells including macrophages, neutrophils, dendritic cells as well as B cells; Furthermore, a variety of stimuli including stress are acknowledged to induce the expression of CLEC4E.
Description
CLEC4E Human Recombinant produced in E.Coli is a single, non-glycosylated
polypeptide chain containing 200 amino acids (41-219 a.a) and having a
molecular mass of 22.9kDa.
CLEC4E is fused to a 21 amino acid His-tag at N-terminus
& purified by proprietary chromatographic techniques.
Source
Escherichia Coli.
