Introduction
The granulocytic anaplasmosis disease is initiated by the Gram-negative bacterium Anaplasma phagocytophilum. Anaplasma Msp5 is preserved among the Anaplasma classes and expressed in the salivary glands of infected ticks.
Description
Recombinant Anaplasma Msp5 produced in SF9 is a glycosylated, polypeptide chain having a calculated molecular mass of 20kDa.
Anaplasma Msp5 is expressed with a -6x His tag at N-terminus and purified by proprietary chromatographic techniques.

Anaplasma Msp5 is supplied at a 20mM HEPES buffer pH-8.0, 200mM NaCl and 20% Glycerol.
Stability
Store at 4°C if entire vial will be used within 2-4 weeks.
